Independent house not overlooked with fully enclosed and flowered garden with a terrace. A garden furniture (in season) and a barbecue available.
You will be calm in a Zen and idleness atmosphere while being close to the sea (beach at 1,6km) and the shops of Penmarc'h (at 800m)

The large, very bright, south-facing living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with direct access to the terrace.

In the fitted kitchen, there are many amenities available: oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge / freezer ...
In the living room you have at your disposal a flat screen with DVD player, a HIFI system, board games ...
the very comfortable convertible sofa offers the possibility of accommodating a fifth person in the house.

The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms decorated in a Zen atmosphere: the first with a 160 bed and a dressing room, the second with 2 90 cm beds and a dressing room.

Wunderscöne Tage!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir sind schon einige Jahre im Sommer in diese Gegend gefahren und Ferienhäuser gemietet. Diese Unterkunft was der absolute Höhepunkt. Tolle Einrichtung, tolle Ausstattung, herzlicher Empfang, ein wunderschöner Garten und ein Doppelbett, dass von seiner Größe den Namen wert ist. Wir kommen unbedingt wieder. Ganz, ganz lieben Dank an die liebe Nathalie!

An oasis of calm

We have just returned from a perfect week’s holiday at this very private property. The house is exactly as described, it is comfortable and relaxing with everything you would need for your stay and more. The hosts were very welcoming and explained everything about the house and surrounding area in detail. Between us we managed the language difference. If you want a quiet holiday near to the coast and close to lots of sights and amenities, this house will fit the bill.

Wunderbar

Für uns war alles perfekt. Ein sehr netter Empfang und Einweisung durch die Gastgeber. Die Lage des Hauses ist super ruhig. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 400 Meter entfernt. Im nächsten Küstenort (Saint - Guenole ) kann man sehr gut einkaufen, besonders am Markttag. Andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit einer guten Stunde Autofahrt einfach zu erreichen. Wer Klippen liebt sollte sich unbedingt die Gegend um Saint - Hernot, Roscanvel ( Nord und Westseite ), und als Highlight die Küste um Pen - Hir ansehen! Denken Sie aber an gute Wanderschuhe! Wir können uns gut vorstellen noch einmal wieder zu kommen. Zu allen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten finden Sie genug Informationen im Haus, bzw. bekommen diese durch die Vermieterin. Abschließend kann ich noch sagen, dass wir noch nie eine so saubere Unterkunft vorgefunden haben die darüber hinaus noch sehr schön eingerichtet ist. Vielen Dank.

Magnifique séjour

En vacances du 29 décembre au 5 janvier, ce petit coin de Bretagne est très beau malgré le mauvais temps; La maison de nos hôtes est très belle, d’une propreté remarquable et très bien équipée. Je recommande vivement cette adresse. Les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse et lors de notre arrivée, ils ont pris le temps de nous montrer leur livret dans lequel ils ont préparé toutes les balades possible au départ du logement; Une bouteille de cidre et un paquet de galettes bretonnes pour nous accueillir !!! De très belles personnes; Nous y retournerons à n’en pas douter!

Une adorable maison

Située idéalement au calme, proche de Pors Carn, où tout est pensé pour le confort le plaisir des locataires. Jusque dans les moindres détails . Même en période automnale ce lieu est magique et ressourçant. Merci aux propriétaires disponibles et qui se mettent à la place de leurs hôtes.

Ein perfektes Ferienhaus!

Wir haben 2 herrliche Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht; selten hatten wir ein so perfektes Ferienhaus! Die Lage: nahe zu mehreren Stränden und zum Küstenweg, auf dem man stundenlang herrliche Wanderungen machen kann (aber auch kurze Spaziergänge), nahe zu einem sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt und nahe zu verschiedenen Restaurants. Die Ausstattung: es hat wirklich an gar nichts gefehlt, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, alle nötigen elektrischen Geräte, ausreichend Geschirr, in jedem Zimmer, auch im Bad genügend Ablage- und Staumöglichkeiten; sehr geschmackvolles Interieur; dazu noch 4 Fahrräder, eine Tischtennisplatte, Tischfussball, Stepper, und komfortable Gartenmöbel, außerdem Waschmaschine und Trockner und Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett. An kühlen Morgen hat die Heizung schnell und perfekt funktioniert. Sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Farbgestaltung. Man spürt überall die Liebe zum Detail, und die Vermieterin, Nathalie, hat in ihrer Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit das alles widergespiegelt. Fazit: ein rundherum empfehlenswertes Urlaubsquartier, in das wir gerne wiederkommen.

Vacances tranquilles.

Tout est parfait, vraiment aucune remarque à faire. Accueil des propriétaires, qualité du logement, soin de la décoration, propreté, matériels et accessoires, rien ne manque. Wi-Fi très bon débit, et enfin tranquillité des lieux. Aucun bruit dans le quartier. Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve.

Superbe séjour dans cette maison idéalement située

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Nathalie. Les hôtes ont été très conciliants sur l'heure et les modalités d'arrivée. La maison comprend tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Des vélos ainsi que des équipements de loisirs sont mis à disposition. Nous reviendrons à coups sûrs. :)

Alles perfekt !

der Eindruck des Hauses entspricht der Beschreibung und der Fotos. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Ein fehlendes scharfes kleines Messer haben wir erworben und dem Haushalt gespendet. Keine deutschen TV Programme. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist auch einer der schönsten in der Gegend. Auch interessant der Surferstrand la Torche. Penmarch ist etwas reizlos. Nett die Lokalität direkt am Leuchtturm Eckmühl und auch der Leuchtturm selber. Schöne Restaurants in Sainte Marine gegenüber Benodet, aber auch in Guilvinec. Pointe du Raz lohnt sich nicht, aber ein Ausflug nach Concarneau und Pont Avent. Mehrere große Supermärkte auch Lidl in der Nähe. Räder Tischtennis etc. haben wir nicht genutzt, aber der zusätzliche Raum ist ganz angenehm. Zu zweit ist das Haus groß genug auch mit Kindern. Für 4 Erwachsene etwas eng.
