Sehr schöne Villa mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Alles, was man braucht, ist recht nah. Es gibt einen kleinen Strand, den man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichen kann und der in einer Felsbucht liegt. Der Bäcker und ein Lebensmittelladen ist 11 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Villa hat aber einen riesigen Gefrierstand, so dass man sich auch Croissants einfrieren kann. Die Räume sind alle sehr schön eingerichtet und drei Schlafzimmer haben auch einen Meerblick. Wir würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

Familienurlaub für alle

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder/Jugendliche) haben eine wunderschöne Herbstferienwoche in der Villa verbracht! Ausflüge von Monaco bis St.Tropez, besuche am Strand, Sonnenuntergänge, der Pool und gutes Internet haben uns allen sehr gefallen. Laurent war ein netter Gastgeber, der sowohl telefonisch, als auch per Messenger immer erreichbar war! Vielen Dank !

Relaxed Holidays

Nice, quiet house with a fantastic view! Waking up with that view is alone worth to spend some days there :-) the house itself is equipped with everything you need and communication with Laurent is very pleasant. Nearby the house is a small trainstation, Nizza and Cannes can be reached easily and fast by train. I can highly recommend that house!

Mooie villa met met zeer mooi uitzicht

Ons verblijf met 7 volwassenen in het huis was prachtig. De 3 bedden op de bovenste etage waren aan de kleine kant, maar acceptabel. De andere kamers met 2 persoons bedden waren prima. Het meubilair verder in de villa was eenvoudig, maar met het mooie weer verblijf je toch buiten. Alles was redelijk schoon. Een min punt is, de toegang naar de villa is via een trap met 50 treden en de goederen lift voor de boodschappen en koffers was defect. Dus alles moet die deze trap. Zwembad was heerlijk en uitzicht op de Middelandse Zee was erg mooi. Dus al met al hebben wij een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Un beau point de vue mais méritent quelques améliorations

La vue est fidèle aux photos, la piscine est très agréable, la maison est grande mais spartiate. La literie mériterait un upgrade, les baies vitrées de la maison ne ferment pas à clefs ce qui est problématique dans ce genre de régions. Un coup de peinture et quelques rénovations (interrupteurs cassés, meubles branlants, etc.) sont nécessaires pour être au niveau des 4500 €/semaine. Sans cela la semaine fut agréable et la maison accueillante.

Nice house, stunning view

Thank you Laurent for a great week at your house! The house is in very good shape. Everything in the house is well thought through. A boule court was appreciated. As said in the description, there were some steps to concur to get up to the house, but my old father managed to make it. The pool is the highlight of the property with its stunning view and perfect layout. Unfortunately the chlorinator broke down before we got there, so we didn't use the pool the first 3 days. The cleaning lady was nice but did not know a word of English, which made it a little hard to communicate, and in the process to check in . Laurent is a great host who made an effort to make us feel at home (in his home).

Tolles Ferienhaus

Abgesehen von dem französischen Maßstab an Sauberkeit ist es ein tolles Ferienhaus! Es ist alles da was man braucht und der Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 25 min mit dem Auto entfernt, aber das ist vielmehr der kurvenreichen Straße als der Distanz geschuldet

wir haben im dezember eine wunderbare woche verbracht. die lage der villa ist perfekt und die aussicht der hammer. das haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. wir können diese villa wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Schönes, geräumiges Haus mit wunderbarem Pool und Meerblick

Das große Haus liegt ca. 100 m über dem Meer in einem geschützten Villenviertel. Mit dem Auto von der Küstenstraße aus gut zu erreichen. Parken ist vor dem Eingang auf der Straße möglich. Leider war der Lastenaufzug defekt, so dass die rund 50 Stufen bergauf mit dem Gepäck etc. sehr mühsam waren. Oben angekommen, entschädigt jedoch ein wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer für die Mühe. Die Terrasse mit Pool ist groß und lädt bestens zum Relaxen und Sonnenbaden ein. Wer will, kann auch im überdachten Bereich liegen oder Essen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Allerdings war zu unserer Zeit aufgrund der umliegenden Berge nur bis ca. 17 Uhr Sonne. Das Haus betritt man durch eine sehr große, gut ausgestattete Küche (Induktion, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, großer amerikanischer Kühlschrank, ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck...) mit Essbereich. Im ersten und weiteren Stockwerk befinden sich Schlafzimmer, eines mit sehr schönem Meerblick und eine Art Wohnzimmer mit TV und Balkon. Auch hier war alles sehr sauber und gut in Schuss. Gleiches gilt für die Badezimmer. Das Haus liegt grundsätzlich sehr ruhig. Gelegentlich hört man die Bahn, die Küstenstraße nur sehr leise. Sehr störend sind z.T. allerdings die Flugzeuge im Landeanflug auf Nizza. Ca. zwei Mal pro Woche überflogen sie die Siedlung alle paar Minuten in relativ geringer Höhe. An anderen Tagen war nichts zu hören. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in der Superette an der Küstenstraße. Zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten hin, ca. 15 zurück. Praktisch für ein Baguette oder Croissant (am besten vorbestellen). Sonst befinden sich gute Supermärkte Richtung Cannes (mit dem Auto ca. 25 Minuten). Für Hundebesitzer ist das Haus günstig, da es vollkommen eingezäunt ist. Zum Spazierengehen ist es nicht ganz so praktisch, da die ersten autofreien Wege ca. 20 Minuten und 100 Höhenmeter aufwärts liegen. Am Strand sind Hunde grundsätzlich verboten, aber zu unserer Zeit in der Nachsaison toleriert. Insgesamt ein einladendes Haus, an einem der schönsten Abschnitte der Côte d'Azur mit tollem Meerblick. Bestens geeignet für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Wunderschöne Lage, sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus

Das Haus hat nicht nur eine phantastische Aussicht, sondern liegt mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und kleinem Hafen mit Bootsverleih entfernt. Die Vermietung war von Herrn Laurent sehr gut organisiert, alles war bestens.

Wonderful week.

I have rent Laurent's villa for 9 people - 5 adults and 4 kids. From the very beginning all the communication process went very well and even if we arrived a bit unexpectedly late Laurent fond a solution for us. The location is wonderful with a very nice view exactly like in the photos. Villa is very spacious and despite the fact it was full we still had plenty of space.There is a small shop nearby but we had our rented cars (recommended) so the shopping was done in different supermarkets 20-25 minutes driving. I will recommend Laurent's villa for anybody who's looking for a wonderful and quiet location. Thank you Laurent for letting us to stay in your beautiful house.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und Traumblick

Das große Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und außergewöhnlich gestaltet und liegt in einiger Höhe am Hang. Der Blick auf das Mittelmeer vom Haus, vom Balkon und der Terrasse aus ist außergewöhnlich schön. Der Pool ist groß und alles ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Brötchen kann man im Ort an der Durchgangstrasse kaufen (hin zu Fuß 10, zurück bergauf 20 Minuten). Nach Cannes fährt man 30 Minuten, zum tanken und einkaufen nach Mandelieu 20 Minuten. Auch unsere 3 Kinder haben viel Spaß gehabt. Der Kontakt mit Laurent war sehr nett, merci beaucoup.

Wunderschöne Villa, unbeschreibliche Aussicht, ruhige Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Urlaubszeit..wirklich alles perfekt. Für Kleinkinder jedoch nicht geeignet, da es recht steil abfällt und nicht entsprechend gesichert ist.

Breathtaking

We a had an amazing week in the villa. Every thing was great. 2 daughters didn't want to leave the pool ever every day. Laurent was very helpful and available all the time. We checked in at 2:00pm which is early but it was ready for us all clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Great sea view villa with pool and stunning view of the Mediterranean

We were a family with a baby (14 months old) + two further adults spending nine lovely days in this very nice and spacious villa. The villa has a wonderful swimming pool and a stunning view on the Mediterranean. It is located in a secured area, which we found very pleasant. Everything was very clean and well equipped and exactly how the photos were promising. For those who look for some quiet and relaxing vacations and who do not want to be in the epicenters of tourism, it is the perfect place - with or without children. Once arrived, we enjoyed every single moment at this special location. No need for going out any more. Main shopping facilities can easily be reached by car. Next larger cities are Cannes and St. Raphael/ Fréjus. Thank you, Laurent, for really great holidays. We will definitely recommend this special location to our friends! All the best Ulrike & Andreas

We love this region a great deal, and bought this villa in 2010. More than anything, we were won over by the splendid view and the potential to complete a renovation project that is true to us as well as the Provençal nature of the location.

Why they chose this property

This is an ideal place to rest because the environment is very calm, ideal for hikes along the Esterel Massif or picnics in the lovely inlets in the middle of nature. Enjoy the light and the pool with your family or friends.

You will hardly believe the magnificent view over the Mediterranean that will leave you dreamy and practically out of your senses, the absolute calm even in the high season, the perfect functioning of the kitchen that opens onto the terrace and pool, and the pleasantness of the air-conditioned bedrooms in the evening.
