Luxury 2 Story Home, Minutes From Downtown, Great For Larger Groups

Thank you for taking an interest in my home. In the past two years I have managed six 5 star properties here in Nashville and now I am starting my own! As a previous super host I guarantee my guests the best possible experience.

- On the weekends I have a 2 night FRIDAY/SATURDAY night minimum.

- Early check in optional for a fee, must be discussed before hand and agree to terms.

- I am open to dogs, but must meet requirements, please disclose of any pets before hand and we can decide if they meet the requirements. Thank you/ $100 non refundable pet fee.

- The home does have outside surveillance. Great for the owners and the guests.

This modern home is a 2 story with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, with all hardwood flooring, 12' and 9' ceilings throughout and an open downstairs floor plan.

A spacious downstairs living area welcomes you. Enjoy a large, comfortable 3-sided sectional sofa, while watching a 60" LG 4K TV with YouTube TV for your regular channel viewing and Roku for Netflix and more.

Prepare your eats and drinks on the kitchen's 12’ island. The Kitchen has bar stools, a microwave, range, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven and dish washer.

The first floor also offers a rear bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed and a full bath and shower.

Upstairs is your Master bedroom with a double sink vanity, large walk in shower, walk-in closet, separate toilet and a balcony deck. A second bedroom sleeps 4 with a Queen bunk bed with full bath and shower.

For any laundry needs during your stay, you have a new Maytag Washer and Dryer, located in the upstairs wash room.

Grill out on a KitchenAid gas grill and and relax around the large deck table, which seats 8 and there are 2 additional deck chairs.

The backyard area is securely fenced with a rear gate entry and parking for up to 2 vehicles.

To recap the home's close proximity to Nashville's hot spots, you are about 3 miles from downtown, midtown, the Gulch, trendy 12th South and all the best restaurants, the Bridgestone Arena, The Nations, Vanderbilt and Belmont. You are about 18 minutes to and from the airport, an easy interstate trip.

You can travel hassle free, quickly and Uber cheap to all of Nashville’s most popular destinations and night life spots.

The home does have outside surveillance. Great for the me and the guests. **If the number of guests exceeds the amount confirmed for the reservation, there will be charges per each extra guest** Thanks so much, and enjoy the home!

Perfect for a Bachelorette!

This home was the perfect spot for our 7 person trip. It was so easy to get to Broadway and the Gulch area, had plenty of space for our group, and enough bathroom space so that everyone could comfortably get ready. The host was so accomodating and worked with us to arrange early check in since our flight was in the morning. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Could have had more comfort

I rated this 3 stars for several reasons. The house itself is very beautiful and clean ,but the downfalls I had with it was the downstairs living room sectional was not comfortable at all and way to low for someone who is older and has a hard time getting up from seating. The other issue was there was no comfortable chairs to even sit on to eat or just relax in the kitchen. Not everyone is fond of barstools especially metal ones. And my last issue was that it was noisy each night while trying to sleep especially one of the neighbors their car alarm constantly was going off all hours into the morning. I’m not sure if they were people who actually live there or were like us vacationers. But it was annoying to say the least.

Nice house but showing some wear

This is a nice house in what appears to be a transitional neighborhood. Great proximity to downtown. The master bath is especially nice. The home needs a fresh coat of paint and some general touch ups from renters’ wear and tear, no doubt. Bed blankets in the closet need to be washed. Communication, check in etc was excellent.

Great stay, close to Nashville

My son had his bachelor party here! Great house with plenty of room. It was a 10 minute drive to downown Nashville and right off the expressway. My son and his friends raved about the accomodations and said they would rent again without hesitation. The area is not highly desirable but the closeness to downtown Nashville and the accomodations make it worth it. Gavin was easy to work with and responded within minutes to questions and concerns. The check in and check out process was as easy as can be.

Weekend Getaway - Bachelorette my daughter

We walked in to this immaculate house. It was super clean and had all the amenities that were described on VRBO. The only issue we had was the bottom freezer door would not shut all the way. Big chunk of ice in the bottom. They were getting it repaired on that following Tuesday. I had messaged the host about the issue and he responded right away. The host always responded to my messages if I had any issues or questions. I would highly recommend this house. The location to main drag was really close. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Girls Trip

Gavin was easy to get ahold of when we needed help with things. House was nice and looks like the pictures. Only thing I'd say the bunk bed might not be a good choice for an adult to sleep on..we ended up using the couch in main bedroom for an extra bed. Great location and easy to get to from interstate and downtown. My group had a great time and so many memories were made!

Wonderful for Bachelorette Parties!

We stayed here in a group of 10 in April for a bachelorette party, and it was the perfect place for us! Great areas for gathering, eating, decorating. Plenty of space to store food. Everyone had room to chill or hang out.

This is a perfect vacation spot for bigger groups!

My friends and I stayed here during our spring break and it was super clean and spacious for all of us. It is only 10ish minutes from all the best spots (including Broadway). Definitely would stay here again if we come back in town!!!

Adorable house with quick access to anything! Host had great communication with us.

My husband and I stayed here for Christmas and the house was adorable. Right off the freeway made for easy access to and from anywhere. Whether we went for a bite to eat, or went downtown, we were always under a 10 minute drive. We did end up getting a rental car and I do agree with similar reviews about the gate. It wasn't impossible to open, but it was more of a hassle to open and close then it should be. Would also agree with the safety aspect of having another ring doorbell with keypad access on the back door/patio. We arrived when it was already dark out, and being in a strange neighborhood we didn't know and having to walk to the front was a little concern of ours. There was a lot that we could park at towards the front of the house.. But having the rental car we definitely wanted it parked behind the gate. Other than those minor suggestions, everything was perfect and we would 100% stay here again. We had a small damage claim and Gavin helped us understand what it was for. He had pictures and was very understanding with a quick response to our questions and concerns about it. Our damage insurance we purchased covered anything so there were no issues there. If you're looking for a cozy, affordable, and convenient place to stay THIS IS THE ONE!

New modern build. Right next to the interstate allowing quick access to literally everything in the city. Beautiful cozy architecture and decor. Area is growing.

What makes this property unique

Most larger homes have a half bath for the third bathroom. My home has 3 spacious bedrooms, with walk in closets, and 3 spacious bathrooms. Very large open kitchen/living room flow. Great common area and it sits on its own lot. No shared walls or duplex-like setup.
