Facility Amenities may close at any time-No refunds due to these closures. Our rentals are undergoing special disinfecting cleanings between each guest. You are responsible for bringing your own extra soaps/cleaning supplies/antibacterial items, laundry detergent, etc. We provide starter soaps only. We will not be leaving out decorative pillows or large bed comforters at this time. Sheets, light blanket and pillows will be supplied. The clearance for the Tidewater parking garage is a maximum of 7 feet, so any guests with vehicles taller than 7 feet will need to make alternative parking arrangements during their stay at Tidewater.
Pool Hours – Open 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Users should be proactive and clean chairs and tables before and after using them.
Gym Hours – Open 9 AM to 5 PM – Closed 11 AM to 1 PM for cleaning.
You are required to wipe down and clean your equipment after use.
Cleaning supplies will be in the gym.

A violation of Association rules and regulations may result in a fine, up to $100 per violation.

Dear Friends—Marilyn and I purchased this unit in Tidewater Beach Resort in late March of 2018 and have worked hard since then to make it a great winter home and spring, summer, and fall vacation rental. Our youngest son, Bill, who owns 20/20 Realty in Panama City Beach, purchased a condo here in 2017. When we visited him, we were impressed with the design and structural quality of the entire resort and its individual units, the really extraordinary amenities, the unusually friendly and welcoming attitude of those who work here, the extensive and very helpful security staff, and, of course, the proximity of one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. We especially liked the two-bedroom, 2-bath, 1593-square-foot condos in the 08 stack and were fortunate that one became available while we were still in Panama City Beach that winter.
The master bedroom here has a bay from which you can see, conservatively, 20 miles up and down the beach. If the horizon is 20 miles in all directions, a little math indicates that you can see over 1200 square miles of the Gulf of Mexico, plus, from the landside walkway, another 1200 square miles back over Panama City Beach and the Inland Waterway into the forests of northern Florida. These views are truly spectacular. Rachel has listed many other features of our condo on the website.
It’s a short walk from here to several local restaurants, the ¼ mile long municipal pier, and northern Florida’s premier commercial development, Pier Park (Approx. 19 minute walk from Tidewater), with its 200 plus stores, including Dillards, Penneys, Dicks, and dozens of smaller upscale stores, restaurants, fast food places, a 16-screen theater, and other attractions too numerous to mention. Of course, if you want to range farther from the condo, Panama City and historic downtown St. Andrews are just a few miles away.
If you like to swim, lie out, exercise, soak in the spas, steam, sauna, shop, enjoy the night life, walk the beach, or just hole up where it’s quiet to read or watch TV, this is the place to be. We want you to enjoy our home fully in this beautiful setting. All we ask is that you treat it as you would your own.
We want you to be aware that Panama City Beach and the surrounding areas are booming, for good reason, because they have so much to offer. The downside of this is that sometimes the streets, stores, restaurants, and elevators are crowded. As you might expect they are least crowded in the morning and on week days. If you plan your days accordingly, this will not be a problem. And if and when you want to escape the crowds, you will find 2108 to be the ideal refuge. Come and enjoy.
**The Tidewater Beach Resort Association requires all reservations be registered, all guests wear wristbands and all vehicles have parking passes displayed while on Tidewater property. IF YOU ARE 5 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, YOU MUST WEAR THE WRISTBANDS AT ALL TIMES EITHER ON YOUR WRIST OR ANKLE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE ON, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO USE THE FACILITY AMENITIES. The person whose name is on the reservation, must register with the association and pay the $30 registration fee. You have two options to register and pay the fee either prior to your arrival or when you arrive. These options will be included in your rental information given in your HomeAway App along with your access codes and other details once you have made your reservation with us. THIS FEE IS IN ADDITION TO YOUR RENTAL FEE PAID HERE ON VRBO/HOMEAWAY.**

Tidewater Beach Resort is located approximately 1/3 of a mile west of the Pier Park - the beach's biggest attraction! Pier Park boasts unique dining, entertainment and shopping experiences from Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Nashville's Tootsie's Orchid Lounge and national, regional and local retail merchants including two Starbucks! (See map below for location). Just a short drive east from Tidewater are Hombre and the Holiday Golf Courses on Hwy 98 (Back Beach Rd.). Further east on Front Beach Rd are miniature golf courses, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works the upside down house.
HURRICANE POLICY: It is the Guest's responsibility to remain informed about the forecasted weather in the area and follow all orders from the local authorities. In the event a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the area, the guest must evacuate. We will refund a pro-rated amount of your rental fees for the nights under a mandatory evacuation.
