Located south of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park in Payzac (10 min from Les Vans and 30 min from the Gorges de l'Ardèche) this pretty little independent house with a capacity of 4 people is for weekly rental in summer or at the weekend outside the summer season.
With an equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, oven, fridge, washing machine), a living room with TV and Hi Fi, two bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 double bed, bedroom 2: 2 beds), a terrace with breathtaking views, this cottage is an ideal place for a discovery weekend or a week of relaxation. Nice swimming pool and fantastic view
We had a very nice week here. Every morning and evening we had a swim in the swimming pool. The water temperature was 20+ Celsius. In the evenings we had dinner at the balcony which had a lovely view over the surroundings. predator birds flying over. From the house there is a nice walk to the fossil dinosaur permanent exposition. Good times!

Einmalige Aussicht
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Barsac. Absolute Ruhe und Einsamkeit! Die Aussicht ist einmalig und unbeschreiblich! Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen in dem es an nichts fehlt. Alles in allem genau das was für ins einen gelungenen Urlaub ausmacht!

Absolut erholsamer Aufenthalt in traumhafter Umgebung
Komfortable Unterkunft mit eigenem Pool und traumhaftem Ausblick. Absolute Ruhe und beste Betreuung durch den Vermieter Sebastien. Trotz ländlicher Umgebung sind ein Restaurant und Lebensmittelgeschäft in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Für Erholungssuchende eine absolute Empfehlung!

traumhafte Ferienwoche
Anfang August 2023 verlebte unsere Familie eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ardeche. Nach einer turbulenten Woche in Cannes, genossen wir die Abgeschiedenheit und die Vorzüge eines wirklich schönen Ferienhauses. Lage, Aussicht und Ausstattung (außer Schere ;-)) sind einfach vorzüglich und der Pool fantastisch. Die Einweisung und Betreuung durch Sebastien war sehr gut und seine Tipps hilfreich. So genossen wir unsere (für die Gegend) obligatorische Paddeltour nicht auf der überfüllten Ardeche sondern auf der sehr reizvollen Chassezac. Alles in allem eine tolle Woche. Danke.

Sehr schön, wir haben Haus mit Pool sehr genossen, Sébastien und seine Eltern herzlich und zuvorkommend. Für alle Strecken Café, einkaufen etc. braucht man ein Auto.

Entspannung und Genuss pur
Es dauerte etwas bis wir das Haus Nr. 62 gefunden und Kontakt aufgenommen haben, danach war alles easy und entspannt,. Am Rande eines kleinen Natursteindorfes genießt man einen ungestörten traumhaften Blick über die Landschaft, findet Abkühlung pur im Pool unf genießt das auf der Planscha schnell und lecker zubereite Mahl mit heimischen Produkten. Das Badezimmer war etwas beengt, der Rest optimal eingerichtet. Über die traumhafte Region Ardèche muss man nichts mehr schreiben. Schade war, dass wir das Haus nur für eine Woche genietet haben, wir wären gerne noch geblieben.

Sehr schönes Cottage mit Pool. Gute Ausstattung und unschlagbare Lage. Highlight ist die überdachte Terrasse mit fantastischer Aussicht. Wanderungen direkt ab Haus möglich, sonst in der näheren Umgebung. Wegen der engen Straßen aber ruhig immer 30-60 Minuten Fahrzeit einplanen. Außerdem sehr nette Gastgeber. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Traumhaftes Steinhaus
Meine Frau und ich habe hier Mitte Mai in diesem schönen Steinhaus eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht- eine gigantische Sicht über die Ardèche erwartet einen. Schöner Tischblumenschmuck hat uns Sébastien als Begrüßung hingestellt, hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns gut geht da wir die ersten in diesem Jahr waren. Wir durften nach Herzenslust die vielen ungespritzen Zitronen pflücken. Eine Menge Spots sind in der Gegend zu entdecken, z.b. etliche Village de caractère. Aufgrund des kalten Mistrals konnten wir den wunderbaren Pool nicht nutzen - sicherlich Anfang Juni eher eine Option. Was uns etwas die Stimmung eingetrübt hat, ist der Nachbars-Hund der gefühlt nur im Käfig gehalten wird und oft gewimmert hat. Hier kann Sébastien nichts dafür - hat aber etwas auf die Stimmung gedrückt. In allem ist dieses Ferienhaus voll zu empfehlen.

Traumhafte Ruhe
Bezüglich Lage und Ausstattung kann ich mich den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Alles wie erwartet? Nein, noch viel schöner...Wir haben das Haus schon weiter empfohlen, obwohl wir manchmal überlegen, diese Inseln der Ruhe lieber für uns zu behalten ;-) Herzlichen Dank an die "Maman von Sebastien" die uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat! Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer sagenhaft schönen Landschaft. A bientot...

Beautiful setting
Beautifully located gîte with a fantastic view. Plenty of things to do without traveling too far, Les Vans is lively with a great night market . Would be a lovely place to go walking ( but too hot while we were there ) . Great pool which was just for us and planchas which was far more practical for cooking than a bbq . Well equipped house and very clean . Only negative point for us was the shower which was a bit on the small side but everything else was great, thanks Sebastien !

Wir haben die Woche im Haus von Sébastien vollauf genossen, was in erster Linie an diesem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus lag. Alles super sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal, um von dort aus die wunderbar grüne Ardeche bzw. die umliegenden Dörfer per Velo, oder dem Auto zu erkunden. Von der erhöhten Terrasse aus genießt man einen sagenhaft uneingeschränkten Blick in die Natur, auf den großzügigen Pool und die Ruhe zu jeder Tageszeit. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Kurzum.... Es war traumhaft und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Lieben Dank Sébastien
