Ski In, Family Sized Teton Village Townhouse

TR#3 is located near some of the most iconic vacation destinations in the west. Grand Teton National Park is just two short miles away. The town of Jackson is 14 miles away and Yellowstone National Park is nearby, also. This is the perfect place for an epic ski vacation or an amazing family summer trip to the mountains.

Comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, this is a fantastic choice for a large family or group. The spacious dining area, kitchen and living room are all well-appointed and furnished with modern appliances and a massive stone fireplace which awaits you. Wall-to-wall patio doors welcome an abundance of natural light, and the private balcony provides the ideal spot for an after-hike cocktail or barbecue while taking in the view of Sleeping Indian Range or Gros Ventre Range.

The unit has three levels. The lower level has a bedroom with a queen size bed immediately to left of the entry/boot room. Down the hall is a full bath and laundry room. The second level has the master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite full bath. The upper level has two bedrooms, a loft/bunk room and a full bath with a double vanity. The two bedrooms each have two twin beds while the loft/bunk room has a set of twin bunks and a twin over a full set of bunks.

Complimentary use of Sundance Swim and Tennis Club's heated pool and hot tubs is included with all rentals in season: from Thanksgiving to the first week in April and from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Grand Teton National Park is only two miles from this unit, the town of Jackson is 14 miles away and Yellowstone is nearby, also. There is an endless variety of activities right outside the door like snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, just to name a few.

Things to know:
*This property can accommodate three vehicles.
*One bundle of firewood will be in the unit, when you arrive, and additional firewood can be purchased either in town, or at the Bodega which is located nearby. Due to new insurance rules, we are no longer able to store firewood on the property.

Great House in Teton Village

Wonderful host Gretchen! We had a small mishap-broke a coffee carafe and it was graciously replaced within an hour or two. Clean and well-maintained, plenty of room and well equipped-the only thing that was missing were barbecue tools for the large gas grill on the deck.

Fun Family Hangout

WOW (seriously!)

TR3 delivered! For our good 'ol fashioned family getaway, + ski-in/out locations and conditions, + the friendliness of Teton Village and ALL the cool amenities (hot tub, wildlife, shopping/dining/schlepping aimlessly w the kids), our hostess Gretchen and the entire Jackson Hole community are PEERLESS memory makers! Great Location

Wonderful time staying at property for ski trip. Short walk to the chairlift or you can take the condo shuttle directly to the main lodge. It will even pick you up and drop you off outside your condo. Lots of dishware and utensils. There is a Jacuzzi you can use down the street and they do provide towels.

Jackson Hole holiday weekend

Property was great, lots of room for my family with two adult children and spouses. Comfortable and close to the mountain, I enjoyed the ability to ski almost to the doorstep at the end of the day. Close to amenities in Teton Village and convenient for fun evenings in Jackson.

Great Ski House, but needs private hot tub.

Had a group of 6 stay here. Everyone had their own bed. Kitchen well stocked and the place was clean. Short walk to the lift. My only complaint would be the community hot tub that was a bit of a walk and over crowded. Private hot tub would make this place.

Amazing location for skiing

This place is amazing for several reasons. Proximity to Moose Creek Chair lift. Lierally a 5 minute walk and you can ski right back to the place. Spacious and nicely appointed. 5 large bedrooms with a total of 10 beds. Kitchen has upgraded appliances. Gretchen is a great host. Very responsive and helpful. My friends and i had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

Teton village ski in/out

The location to the Moose Creek lift was perfect. The condo was clean with tons of space for my three teens to spread out. The wood burning fireplace made it extra cozy. I would def recommend!!

Perfect Base Camp!

We stayed here with our 3 year old, 3 month old and another family. It was the perfect base camp to visit Teton NP!! Only a few minutes away from Moose-Wilson road entrance to the park. The space is big and beautiful and the perfect place to hang even on our rainy days. We will certainly be coming back!

Our Perfect Vacation

From booking to check-out, the process was seamless! Gretchen is an amazing host, her suggestions for dining, etc. were perfect, and the house was welcoming. We were a large group of family members and every amenity from the stocked kitchen to the wonderful toiletries to the extra towels and pillows was available and every bed was so comfortable. The space was large - plenty of seats at dining table, couch and outdoor furniture. Look no further for the perfect vacation home!

Life Time Memories for our family 19 of us (across the street from each other.

First, Gretchen is amazing to reach out to and her response time and attention. Albertsons grocery - picked up online order for the week, easy. Kitchen stocked and organized. Spent days on Jenny Lake, hike/Ferry, rented boats on Jackson Lake for the day - no better views than on a lake. Evening Gondola ride to top Teton Village - music/food/drinks at top. Kids loved bungee trampolines, climbing wall, playground, ect. Pools were convenient and excellent service there. Can’t say enough. ‼️❣️‼️

The bathrooms for this place were definitely dated. The bathtubs look original with original tile with a little mold in the grout line in the master. The queen bedroom is on the bottom floor with a small window that looks out into the carport. The sauna is not working. The loft bedroom has no outside windows- but instead windows to the family room below without curtains. There wasn't a vanity in the bottom floor bathroom - just a tiny porcelain sink. The toilets are very low to the floor especially the one in the ground level floor - almost like it was made for a preschooler. The location is very convenient to Teton Village. However, Moose Wilson Rd is currently closed due to summer road construction on weekdays making the drive to Teton National Park over an hour because of congestion. This place was definitely clean - I just expected it to be nicer for the $8000+ we paid for the 6 nights we were there.

This location is wonderful. Easy access to Jackson Hole, the National Park, and the Village. We had a large group of family and friends, everyone enjoyed it here. There was plenty of space for everyone. We would certainly stay again.

Great location fun outdoors

Good space for listed occupancy. Close to Teton National Park. Lots of great outdoor adventures near by. Host was very helpful. Could use some guard rails on upper bunks.

A Memory Maker's Dream

Honestly, my family and I could not have asked for a better vacation experience, end-to-end. From our initial inquiry through check-out, our hostess Gretchen was communicative, helpful, generous with true local knowledge, gave goal-oriented ski tips (she serves with JH Ski Patrol) and, frankly, just really nice. For those pragmatics, I cannot recommend this property enough. For the indescribable experiences -- the snow, the mountains, the moose(s), the food, family togetherness, new friends and forever-grade memories -- I hope that Timber Ridge 3 will be our family's gateway for a very long time. My husband, and I, grew up in the midwest. While raising our family, we looked for every opportunity to get out to the mountains in the summer and winter. We call the Jackson valley home and our grown children continue to explore.

It doesn't get any better than Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. A bucket list ski destination for many skiers and it offers endless summer activities. Located next to the Moose Creek Lift, you can ski right to the door most of the season and there is plenty of room for family and friends.

The deck has an awesome view of the Jackson Hole Valley, and is perfect for watching wildlife and activities like hot air balloons or simply having a BBQ and relaxing with family and friends. Memories are made here.
