Turquoise Place 1003C is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath gulf front condo that sleeps up to 10.

You've earned this! Experience the ultimate amenities of C-1003 in Turquoise Place Resort. Listen to the sound of the Gulf waves hitting the shore while you kick back and relax on your balcony's comfy seating or in its Gulf-front Jacuzzi hot tub. Watch your favorite show on your Samsung 4k Ultra High Definition, HDR television. Your Netflix account and other media distributors are at the touch of a button on your smart TV with free Wi-fi. Your new beach home away from home has something for every member of the family with daily scheduled events including crafts for the kids, plus corn-hole and oversized checkers and chess. Check the events calendar at the front desk or on line. Beach volleyballs are available at the front desk. This unit has a new owner who has added special amenities to make this the home you come back to year after year. C-1003 has king beds in the master and bedroom #2, 2 Full beds in #3, and a sleeper sofa making accommodations for up to 10 people. The master bath and bedroom #3 have Jacuzzi tubs; all baths have showers. All bedrooms have TVs, plus there's another in the spacious master bath. This 2300 square foot, privately owned condo on the Gulf at Orange Beach, AL has everything you want. The view from the 10th floor is spectacular with boats traversing Perdido Pass on the east side. Along with sofa seating on the 400+ square foot balcony there is a table and chairs for Gulf-side meals and a gas grill and sink. Inside you'll enjoy the open kitchen with bar seating for four featuring a Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Kitchen Aid dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a wine bar with a wine cooler and separate ice maker. The separate laundry room has a Whirlpool washer and dryer and huge utility sink. Elevators are close by your front door for easy access to your car or Turquoise amenities.

Sent pictures of the rotted wall area in the kitchen, the worn areas of the furniture and the mildew in the bathing areas to Prickett Properties but have had no response from them. I have stayed in other units at Turquoise Place but have not had a unit so neglected in the past.

Lovely condo with all the amenities. Everything that we needed was right at our fingertips. The ocean, the pools and even a poolside restaurant. Very nice workout facility as well. We had a wonderful time!

The location was great. We have stayed in this complex for 5 years now, this was our first time in the C tower. Condo was fine. Lots of room! We had a toilet back up and they came right away to fix it. We were pleasantly surprised by the heated lazy river!!

We always love staying at Turquoise Place and this unit did not disappoint! Unit was clean and well stocked. The only minor negative was out of property manager's control - all hot tubs in entire condo have been out of service for a few months. There is still plenty to enjoy at this unit and property! Be sure to check out the new Coastal restaurant on the beach about a mile down from property!

We were excited to stay at Turquoise Place however this unit being across the hall from the elevator you could still hear it in the condo. The master bathtub never stopped sounding like a frog (sign saying you’ll hear a humming noise during cleaning) but it was constant. The hot tub on the balcony, only half worked until the pool “cleaner” came in and we mentioned it. He fixed it however 2 days before checkout it stopped working all together, no power to it. The balcony needs a deep clean, power washing might help. The barbecue, we didn’t use at all because of leftover food on the grill. We even paid for an extra night but I wish we didn’t.

We loved staying in this condo! The condo was spacious and perfect for our vacation. The beautiful kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the comfy patio furniture every day and everyone loved relaxing in the hot tub at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Beware of this property management
While we loved the unit itself and the location, we will never book through Prickett Properties again. The first day we were there, an unscheduled maintenance man came into our unit using a master key. We told him we were unsettled that he just let himself in and it was not a good time and that we didn’t need any service to our hot tub and he pushed back saying he needed to service it (we never received any info on this and our hot tub was working fine). We weren’t expecting him and were shocked that he literally let himself in without our consent. There are no lockboxes and the unit doesn’t provide laundry or bedding services that would warrant someone coming in unannounced. This is a huge safely concern for us since we have 2 underage children and have always told them to not answer the door if we were not there. They are both old enough to be there without us if we had run an errand but certainly not comfortable with unannounced grown men forcing their way in when we’re aren’t there to supervise. When we called about this we were assured that this was not the norm and not ok and would never happen again… except it did, the very next day. Same situation. We called again and were told by Prickett that they were so very sorry and they would share our same concerns especially a teenage girl in the unit. They assured us that this should not be happening and that they would have a meeting about this and make sure these maintenance men knew not to force their way in unannounced. (It seems crazy that we would have to address this twice). However when we asked to find out the resolution to this the tables were turned and they disregarded our concerned and blamed the HOA saying this is completely normal and fine. We are working with Turquoise Place directly now and they have stated this is not normal protocol. We will never book through this company again and are very disappointed in their lack of care for our safety concerns. I would strongly urge to not book with this company. Jessica S.
