PLEASE: ONLY FULL MONTH RENTALS JANUARY - MARCH. The Villages. Great location, walking distance to Spanish Springs square with restaurants, shopping, access to pools, live entertainment 365 days a year and happy hour nightly (5-7 PM). About one hour drive to Disney World and one and a half to Daytona Beach. Beautiful 1800 square foot home with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a den that can be completely closed off with sleeper sofa for a third bedroom. Living room has a sofa bed as well and can sleep up to 6 people. Large Daylight kitchen with outdoor patio and screened in sun room. Vaulted ceilings through out house. Washer and dryer in garage. Large corner lot in a beautiful neighborhood. Complimentary 2017 gas golf cart included. ($145 weekly savings) NO SMOKING and NO PETS PLEASE.

Fun in the Villages

House was as described. Clean. Owner was easy to work with. He ordered village passes before hand and they were ready when we arrived. Golf cart was a plus. Some furniture and lampshades (split) could use some TLC as well as the screened in porch. We had to search the closets for our towels. It would have been nice these were already on the racks.

Great Location

Easy stay. Clean and quiet. David was super responsive to my questions. We really enjoyed use of the golf cart. Very close to Spanish Spring square with great entertainment and restaurants, but far enough away to not hear the noise.

Great stay in The Villages!

There were all positives staying at this property. The size and layout were perfect, and the property owner considered even the smallest details when setting up this rental property. Communication with the owner was effortless & positive. We felt fortunate that this unexpected vacancy occurred so that we could experience The Villages & hope to return in the future. Villages Getaway

Nice Florida home in the Spanish Springs area of the Villages. Decor was very Florida-ish from the 90's-2000 era, very clean and great hosts. Everything was great, included golf cart and great location just minutes from the town square and shopping center. Would stay here again.

Overcrowded Traffic is terrible. There is a group environment and if you not in you are treated poorly. The villages maintenance of the facilities is terrible. Garbage on streets and town squares. Pools not cleaned. The house had several problems that were not taken care of before we arrived..

Good but older furnishings

Property has plenty of room, needs a little bit of upgrades to make it an excellent stay. Beds are very comfy - chairs, sofa, etc. had hard time getting out of-not good. Last minute golf cart issue was a little inconvenient but owner paid for rental.

Vacation was brutally interrupted by Covid-19. Had to return urgently to Canada. No refund from VRBO. No Refund from owner. Last time I go with VRBO.........................

Walk to Spanish Springs

We really enjoyed our 2 month stay at this home. It is large and roomy for a 2 bedroom house. With a large kitchen and dining room we easily entertained friends for dinner. There's a very comfortable new mattress in the MBR and its bath and closet are very large. There's an older golf cart but we tooled around just fine in it. The owner was very responsive to all of our messages both before and after our arrival, and there is a binder full of all info you will need. The best part was the proximity to the town center. It's an easy walk to the center for morning coffee or evening entertainment on the square.

Why they chose this property

This was my mothers home. She had it custom built (designer home) and lived there until we needed to send her to assisted living. I had such fond memories of visiting the Villages during my youth and decided to keep the home as a vacation rental.

What makes this property unique

The location of the house is amazing. It's a 5 minute golf cart ride to the town square (7 blocks) or a 15 minute walk. The Spanish Springs square has entertainment and happy hour 365 days a year, activities, restaurants, shopping, grocery, pharmacy, etc. Peaceful large corner lot with room for outdoor activities. New wood floors installed. Washer and dryer in garage.
