Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Ocean Walk townhouse!

Ocean Walk B-4 is a delightfully decorated townhome located at the front of the complex right across from one of the two pools located in the complex. The downstairs level is where you will find the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and large den with plenty of comfortable furniture. There is a small back patio with a private grill off of the living room.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite with a tub/shower combination. The 2 additional guest bedrooms upstairs share a full bath with a tub/shower combination. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom is more of an upstairs 'den' with a new recliner, twin bed and TV.

Ocean Walk is a picturesque condominium community within walking and biking distance of the Village Pier, shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. The very large campus offers a park-like setting with century old oaks shading the various buildings. Palm trees and colorful foliage landscape the two large swimming pools. One pool is heated from September - April. Other community amenities include a sizeable duck pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis court and a children's playground.

Nice stay

Enjoyed our accommodations - clean, neat and comfortable for a short stay. Thought it a bit much that we were asked to take the trash to the dumpster and begin a load of laundry before we left. We paid a cleaning fee and felt that should have been included. In addition, there was no laundry detergent in the condo so I could start the laundry. I don’t travel with laundry detergent.

We loved being able to walk to the Village and Pier to enjoy meals and play on the playgrounds. There is a nice playground inside the complex as well. Our kids had fun playing basketball located inside the tennis courts. And the pool was clean and conveniently located to the condo. The condo was spacious. It could use some updating, but everything felt clean. Being at the beach, it would be nice to have a washer and dryer included in the condo, but there are laundry facilities located within the condo complex.

Love St. Simons

Ocean walk is a great place to stay in the condo is conveniently located at the front of the complex just across from them big swimming pool. The beds were all pretty hard so they need to be updated. The refrigerator and icemaker worked great but it and the dishwasher need to be updated otherwise kitchen was very well stocked. everything worked great other than a few minor adjustments and we would definitely rent again.

It has been that way for years but when someone comes that doesn’t know there isn’t some kind of closure and bang. I think it would bother the neighbors too. I left a note that we put a dining room chair in livingroom so no one would sit on it. Just needs glued I think. Refrigerator is hard to do anything with shelves the other door to laundry is in the way.

We enjoyed this condo for a quick weekend visit to SSI. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for the 5 of us. Great location and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year at this property. And we were as disappointed this year (hoping it would get better) as the previous 2 yrs. we will not rent from this company again. The white linnens were gray, the kitchen towels looked untouchable, the glasses and dishes were not washed with soap. Lip marks on glasses and grease on dishes. No spare softsoap in any of 3 bathrooms, no garbage bags, no dishwashing soap, no liquid soap for dishes. The carpet was filthy and we had to wear socks to walk on it. The door mat had not ever been shaken out. No pool towels. We found another unit at Ocean Walk which is owner rented thru vrbo and met the cleaning lady, who Lives behind the property and treats it as her own. The difference in attitude between Real Escapes Properties and an owner renting is worlds apart. We have a townhouse on the lake next year and look forward to a home away from home.
