7 Bedroom Grayton Beach House with Private Pool. Sleep 22 & Golf Cart Rental

Tres Princesas
This home is located in the famous Grayton Beach. It is located on Magnolia Street which is just one street over from the Red Bar. It is just about a block to the beach access point so the location could not be any better. Tres Princesas is a brand new 7 bedroom house with 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. It is a three story home but don't worry about the stairs, it has an elevator for your convenience. When you arrive at the house, you will have 2 driveways to park. The garage on the right side of the house is the guest garage and will store a ton of fun things for you to use. There are 5 adult bikes and 2 kids sized bikes equipped with helmets and locks. There are plenty of beach chairs to take to the beach as well as a beach cart and 2 inflatable YOLO boards for you to use while you are here. There is a golf cart available to rent separate from the house. Please inquire on additional cost and paperwork for the golf cart rental.

On the first level of the house, you'll find the living area, dining area, kitchen and half bathroom. The dining table seats 10 comfortably, and table inserts allow up to 4 more. Out back there is a private pool which can be heated in the cool months. Enjoy going out to eat while you visit or stay by the pool and grill out. There is a dining table on the back porch so you never have to leave the Florida sunshine.

Upstairs on the second floor, you will find a Master bedroom with a King bed and a trundle pull out bed with an attached Master bathroom suite. On the private balcony, there is a huge swing just perfect for an afternoon nap. Down the hall, there are 3 more bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom and the third bedroom has a private bathroom. There is also a half bath in the hallway for added convenience.

The third level doesn't disappoint either! It has a Master bedroom with King sized bed and attached master bathroom suite. There is a third floor private balcony that has a great dining table which is a perfect location to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. It also has a media room just perfect for movie watching! Who can watch a movie without popcorn? Don't worry--we have you covered. In the laundry room there is a popcorn machine. There is also a full sized washer and dryer and a printer in the laundry room for your convenience. Down the hall there are two bedrooms both having a set of bunk beds with a trundle underneath.

We loved this property! The heated pool was amaziing! close to a handful of restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay again. The layout was great for 4 families with kids.

Love the layout of the house
We loved the house and the location on magnolia street. We were able to walk or ride our bikes easily to many locations in Grayton beach. The beach access was however very difficult to maneuver with chairs, coolers, bags etc since you’re not able to leave your golf cart parked near the entrance.

Great place for multiple families or couples
Great location in Grayton Beach, walking/biking/golf cart driving distance from shops, cafes/restaurants/bars, and local convenience market. Quiet block with easy beach access down the street. Wonderful decks for outdoor relaxing, nice-sized pool, and fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cooking ware. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, and house came with some bikes and a golf cart we rented. For our group of 20, we did rent one additional golf cart and 8 cruiser bikes as well as some extra beach chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely recommend staying here, as it’s a lovely and well-maintained home! The property manager was super responsive with all of our questions and needs as well!

Thanksgiving Vacay
We had an excellent experience @ Tres Princesas! The property manager was phenomenal - She was very helpful and polite. We rented the golf cart with our stay and unfortunately the batteries went bad. She had a service company out that day to diagnose the issue and then the next day to replace the batteries and refunded for the unavailable days. PROMPT AND CURTEOUS! The house itself is exactly as described. The location is great in close proximity to the west side of Grayton Beach (fewer people). The pool and other amenities with the house fit our group extremely well - 7 kids (8-14ages) and 10 adults (40-80). The kitchen and den were easily accommodating to our entire crew. Would definitely consider again.

A fabulous Grayton Vacation!
We loved the house. It was even better in person. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might ever need. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and plenty of closet space. The pool was great and was checked twice during our weekly stay. The house was thoughtfully designed even the doors had alarms you could set so that you wouldn't worry that anyone escaped while you were sleeping. The house was located close to the beach just a short walk or quick golf cart ride and parking for the cart if space was available. The garage was stocked with plenty of supplies for the pool and beach. The property manager was available to answer questions quickly. We will definitely be back!

Grayton Beach
Property is very well stocked in terms of kitchen and "toys" for the beach along with several bikes. Recommend their golf cart as it is easy to park in Seaside/Watercolor. Beach is very walkable and they have carts to take chairs, etc. Note they don't want you using pool towels for the beach - so bring your own. Property is clean but getting a touch tired in places - outdoor cushions, etc. but this wasn't a problem and nothing was in disrepair. Check out is 10am, which felt early but may be normal for the area. A number of restaurants close by and we didn't have a bad experience at any of them. Would recommend checking out the beach bonfire services - great idea and if scheduled in advance, can be very convenient given the beach is so close by. Grayton Beach area is a little funky but generally in a good way. Mix of higher end homes and bungalows. There are a number of walking and biking trails to take advantage of as well.

We have stayed in Grayton for the last 6 years. This has been our favorite house. Plenty of room, clean and everything is immaculate. Love the pool and outdoor living. Will be back again soon.

Neighborhood was great. A little far from the beach. We will be back after the pandemic to enjoy the opened Red Bar. We loved the house, it could have used a second washer and dryer.

Perfect property for Christmas family gathering!
Beautiful property, great location, clean and accommodating to our large extended family. Pool was perfect for the grandkids especially the small shallow section. Comfortable furniture and beds. Ashley was very helpful and prompt to answer some of our questions and attend to some non working equipment. Liked the location close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood and just a mile and a half away from beautiful Water color just down the road. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful home, great location
The house is truly beautiful. There’s a porch running across each level along the back of the house, so you can enjoy the breeze coming from the beach a block away all day and evening. The pool is a good size, and the home is nicely landscaped. The management responded quickly and courteously whenever called. We had a great vacation.
