🔹 LOCATION OF HOME:
Enjoy the best of both worlds on your vacation—-sunny, sandy beaches and a saltwater pool! You have many beach options to choose from but Madeira Beach is the closest at just 6 minutes from the home. This home is minutes from shopping and restaurants and Downtown St Pete is approx. 22-26 min drive.


🔹HOME HIGHLIGHTS:
The white lotus wallpaper in the living room is TO DIE FOR! It just may not be the easiest room to photograph but in person it is nothing less than stunning! Walk through the front door and expect EVERYONE to be overwhelmed with the open concept and beauty of this home.

This home has SEVEN Smart TVs with wireless internet so log right into your apps and watch your favorite shows or stream music! The home has countless social media backdrop walls which will keep you busy snapping vacation photos throughout your trip.

You’ll enjoy having multiple sitting areas both inside AND multiple sitting areas outside, which makes this home ideal for large groups.

Three bedrooms and two FULL bathrooms! There is a poolside lemon-themed guest bungalow poolside that sleeps 2!

One Full Mattress = sleeps 2

🔹POOLSIDE GUEST BUNGALOW
The poolside guest bungalow has a full size bed, a smart tv, a wall heater and a window air unit. The guest bungalow does NOT have its own bathroom--guests that stay overnight in the bungalow will be steps away from an exterior door that leads you inside to a full bathroom. The guest bungalow is a tropical vacation experience-- a "glamping" experience! It may NOT be appropriate for guests of all ages. Please consider this if you have a large guest count and you need to utilize the guest bungalow. I LOVE IT.........but will Grandma love it? Probably not.
▪️ It is important to note that the bungalow IS INCLUDED in the bedroom count. Which means this home has 3 interior bedrooms and the bungalow is counted as the fourth "bedroom". It's a great spot to enjoy--but again, maybe not for everyone!


🔹 OUTSIDE COVERED SPACE:
There are TWO outside covered seating areas to choose from. The large tiki cabana lounge has its own beverage refrigerator and bar seating for 8 guests---perfect for a cocktail or outdoor dining. As you step outside the den of the home, there is another covered sitting area. There is a propane grill and a picnic table adjacent to this. Having an outside COVERED area is important to have in FL for the warmer months out of the year.


🔹 HEATED POOL: To highlight our newest home, we are heating the salt water pool at 83 degrees from October thru April 2023 at no additional cost.


🔹 PETS:
Guests must have approval to have a pet in the home. The pet fee is $95 and should be included in your guest count when reserving home. Please no false claims of ESA's/Support Animals. We are fair and our pet fee is fair---so we expect guests to be fair. Should a guest have a service animal, given their role in providing service or support, they should never be left alone in the home. No cats are permitted (due to severe allergies).


🔹 BABY TRAVEL ITEMS:
Upon request, we use a local pack-n-play rental service. Due to limited availability, we must know at least 2 days prior to ensure availability. Their cost for rental and delivery is $35/week. Your Host will return it upon your departure. If you require more extensive baby rental items, we can provide a link to Baby Quip and you will receive 10% off.
