Bagnols-en-Forêt is a picturesque village in the Var in the heart of the Provence between sea and countryside.
The very sunny house is located on a hill with unobstructed view of the rocks of the Blavet and the hills.
It can accommodate 8 adults, 2 children (4 bedrooms) and eventually a baby which childcare equipment is at your disposal (see the list).
Its 4 bedrooms are South-exposed including 2 with access to a large balcony and 2 on 200 m² terrace that can offer a nice play area for children.
The house has a very large living space with kitchen, living room and dining room
The 9x4 m pool is fully secured with rolling shutter
The 2200 m² fitted landscaped garden has play areas for children
It is fully lit as well as the boules ground
The garden is fully fenced, the gate as well as the garage door are automatic
The village is located 3 km, you will find small shops, restaurants, a post office (with cash dispenser) as well as 2 doctors and a pharmacy.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette très belle villa à quelques minutes de la mer et face à un paysage exceptionnel. Des propriétaires très réactifs devant le moindre problème. Tout est au rendez vous pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Un accueil chaleureux de la part de Sabrina et Erick. Enfin en quelques mots une maison ou il fait bon vivre !!!

Villa spacieuse
Magnifique villa spacieuse, tout le confort, propre, au calme, à 20 min de Frejus. Nous étions en famille avec 3 chiens, propriété fermée, ils pouvaient sortir sans besoin de faire attention. La propriétaire Sabrina très sympathique. Je recommande à 100%. Si nous devrions retourner dans le coin de Frejus et à plusieurs, je retournerai dans cette villa.

Nous venons de passer 3 jours en famille pour feter Noel chez Sabrina et Erick. Tout était PARFAIT, une maison magnifique, d une propreté irreprochable, une pièce à vivre spacieuse avec une vue magnifique. Une deco de très bon goût, un jardin tres agréable. La communication avec Sabrina est tres facile et agreable, les procedures sans complications. Bref nous avons passé un superbe sejour, même la météo était avec nous. 🙂.N hesitez pas c est une adresse à retenir

Der Empfang durch Sabrina und Erik war sehr angenehm. Freunlich, Fragen wurden beantwortet. Alles sehr schön. Vielleicht kann man einen Stabmixer für die Küche besorgen :-),sonst war alles da was das Herz begehrt. Kommen gerne wieder.

La maison est grande, confortable et bien équipée pour 8 notamment à l'extérieur (chaises longues, plancha impeccable, parasols) La vue est magnifique et la piscine chauffée à 29 très très agréable. L'accueil très sympathique (bien qu'un peu tardif 17h). Nous reviendrons sans doute !!

Ein wunderbares, sehr geflegtes, großes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und mehr als ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für uns (4 Erwachsene). Den großzügigen Garten haben wir und auch unser Hund sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, Sabrina hat alle Räume mit viel Geschmack dekoriert und eine Wohlfühloase geschaffen. Nur der Korkenzieher hat nicht funktioniert - wir haben einen neuen besorgt und den künftigen Gästen da gelassen, damit es auch mit dem abendlichen Rosé am Pool klappt. Danke an Sabrina für den Service und die problemlose Anwicklung. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir fanden ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und großräumiges Haus vor. Die Ausstattung ist umfassend - es fehlt an nichts. Für die Kinder war der große Pool das Highlight. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war freundlich.

Tout simplement parfait !
Que dire de plus ? Une maison magnifique et très bien entretenue. Une vue sublime et un quartier très calme. Des équipements variés et nombreux . En ce qui concerne la cuisine et sa plancha c’est parfait pour les gourmets ( sauf les couteaux de cuisine qui méritent d’être aiguisés 😌) et un excellent confort . La piscine est top. La literie est parfaite. Un petit point d’attention : pas d’air conditionné mais bien des ventilateurs qui en pleine canicule peinent à rafraîchir surtout à l’étage . Mais ceci est un détail d’autant plus que les propriétaires sont super sympas et à l’écoute . Bref je ne vais pas faire trop de publicité pour avoir chance d’y retourner .

Propriétaire très accueillante Belle propriété spacieuse dans un écrin de verdure avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un excellent séjour Literie de bonne qualité, espace à vivre très spacieux et confortable l'environnement est superbe (VTT et randonnées sont un pur régal) Attention aux véhicules bas car l'accès à l'entrée de garage en pente peut être problématique pour les bas de caisse de votre véhicule Un petit bémol pour le barbecue "une seconde bouteille de secours pleine serait bien venue - panne de gaz un dimanche en pleine cuisson" Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous vous la conseillons.

We purchased the ground in 2002 then we built this house and started living in it in 2004.
Our children were born after we purchased it and they now are 10 years old, 6 years old and 19 months old. My husband works for GRDF and s for me, I take care of our children and our family house.

Why they chose this property

After almost 11 years in this house that we built and we love so much, we must, for professional reasons, get closer to Toulon where we will live in June 2015.
It is difficult for us to let the house closed, because it is usually full of life, we want to rent it and let people who love nature, sun and calm enjoy it.
We are sure that you will be seduced by this house because many of our friends say that they feel great in it.

What makes this property unique

For nature and calm lovers who also want to enjoy the beach and the sun, our house is ideally located. You will appreciate the rich water activities and the wonderful landscapes of the Verdon Gorge or discover the picturesque villages of the Var with Provencal scents.

You can also simply get asleep on a sunlounger or have breakfast or dinner by the pool.
