Two bedroom apartment located in a beautiful regionalist house with windows to the Plaza de Santa Cruz, completely renovated where comfort and modernity are integrated into one concept, with a beautiful traditional atmosphere.

 

The Plaza de Santa Cruz is one of the most emblematic areas of the city of Seville, just a few steps from the Cathedral and the impressive gardens of the Alcazar. The apartment is the ideal starting point for a tour of the city, so you can get to know its many facets.

 

Santa Cruz 1 is located on the first floor without a lift, and can accommodate up to four people. The main bedroom has a wide and comfortable double bed, and the secondary one has two single beds. The living room has a dining table, and four chairs; a large and comfortable sofa with large windows overlooking the beautiful Plaza de Santa Cruz. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.

 

It is an ideal option to enjoy a wonderful stay in Seville. The furniture is modern but at the same time it is embedded in a panorama of Andalusian customs that gives it charm and personality. Our team will receive you with open hands and will try to provide you with the best experience.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr zentral, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter problemlos, Ausstattung der Wohnung ausreichend, aber nicht üppig. Perfekt zum Erkunden von Sevilla. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Klimaanlage kühlt bei hohen Temperaturen den Wohnbereich kaum unter 30 Grad Celsius, die Schlafräume leider gar nicht

Amazing stay!
We loved the neighborhood, check in process, hospitality, and amenities. The apartment is great and so convenient to everything. We recommend the bike place on the first floor to store luggage as needed. Small cautionary note: things are very busy and noisy during Semana Santa - we were aware and didn’t mind, but light sleepers should be aware. We would definitely stay here again!

Pluses and Minuses
This apartment has a great location at the entrance to the Barrio Santa Cruz. There's plenty of space and lots of hot water. It's in reasonable repair. And then there's the noise from the street and neighbors. Because it's at the entrance to the barrio many tour groups walk by and often stop right in front while the leader tells them about the barrio. There's a nice alley-street on one side, but the conversations of passersby echo against the stones. There's a bike rental place downstairs that's open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The natives and tourists often come home between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m, sometimes on motorcycles. Still, it's a great place if you are in Seville to party for a couple of nights.

Only two glasses in an apartment for four people and only two mugs. Some mineral water would have been appreciated and other kitchen basics. No air conditioning in bedrooms and it does get rather hot in Seville. Great location.

Beautiful apartment in awesome location
Really beautifully finished and decorated apartment in an amazing location. Short walks to all points of interest. The bedrooms are clean and comportable. Very nice and responsive management.

Look elsewhere
We arrived at this apartment at the agreed time to find painters in the bathroom and a strong smell of paint making the apartment not habitable. The staff on the ground were quite helpful and offered to move us to the apartment upstairs. This also had paint fumes and we could not stay. This apartment was poorly equipped and in poor condition. The kitchen area had no bench space, very low quality equipment, broken cupboards, not hot water in the kitchen sink, no sink plug, dangerous location of the microwave and a partially broken fridge. The air conditioner did not heat and one of the front windows was partially broken. We felt we could not stay in this apartment and checked out after one night. We found something much, much better for about the same money. At some stage in the future these apartments maybe suitable for renting, but I would strongly recommend you look somewhere else. There was no recognition from the managing group (Apartments Ole) that there had been a problem or that they should offer any form of refund. Very poor

Good location but apartment only adequate
This apartment was in a good location foe seeing major sights, the agent was easy to reach and the access to the apartment on arrival was easy. The apartment was a bit shabby - in need of new paint and a thorough cleaning. It was not 'charming', nor did it feel like someone's cared-for apartment. It was adequate but felt more like student housing. The bathroom was shabby, with broken trim, marred paint and moldy corners.

Seville Apartment
This is a great rental for those who want to be essentially in the heart of Barrio De Santa Cruz, 5 minutes from the Alcazar and the Cathedral. The apartment was very much as described in the listing. The living room is lovely with views of trees and the Plaza De Santa Cruz, from the second floor (U.S. definition). The beds are adequately sized and the kitchen works for basic meals--breakfast, lunch, and even dinner if necessary. The person in charge of providing us the key met us at the time we requested and was very helpful pointing out how to get around the city. There is a bike rental store on the first floor that we used--you can bike 2-3 hours on dedicated bike trails around the center part of the city. Note that Seville can get very hot beginning in June and while the air conditioning unit in the apartment works fine, it can still be somewhat uncomfortable at night if it is very hot outside.

Um apartamento delicioso
As fotos não eram enganadoras, como temi. O apartamento é espaçoso, cómodo, e fica numa pracinha magnífica. A Plaza de Santa Cruz, embora esteja intra-muros, encontra-se no limite do "casco histórico " o que permite ter fácil acesso a supermercados, fridurias e restaurantes, fugindo-se assim do ambiente excessivamente turistizado das ruas mais antigas quando se quer coisas práticas.
