Spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment to rent in La Zenia, Spain (82.50m²).
From the south-east facing terrace you overlook the tropical swimming pool in Balinese style. It includes 2 mirrored swimming pools with different levels, the pool is surrounded with plants between which there are loungers to enjoy blissfully.

The apartment is equipped with all the necessities to spend a carefree holiday. All rooms have air conditioning (cold / hot).

There is a well-equipped open kitchen with all necessary appliances: oven, dishwasher and washing machine, an iron and board are also provided. There are also plenty of towels and bath towels as well as bed linen.

The apartment is on the first floor and can be accessed via a staircase or via a lift.

It is part of a private urbanization with 100 other holiday homes in different types and the whole is fenced and closed with a fence. The domain has the necessary number of parking spaces where you can park for free.

La Zenia Beach is a small kilometer from the sea that can easily be reached on foot, + -15 minutes. There are also several beaches in the vicinity by car.

For golf lovers, it is the ideal base, with several terrains in the area.

The perfect holiday for us!

Our family of 4 had a perfect week in this apartment. We enjoyed it very much! It was easy to book and easy to find. The location was for us perfect since we could walk to shopping and to the beach. Cleaning was good, balcony was nice and the swimmingpool area was very good. All over, we are so happy with our choice. We recommend it!

Wonderful place to stay

We rented for 7 weeks. Loved everything. Clean apartment, comfortable beds. Quiet (in February) Nice common garden and wiew from the balcony. Zenia mall 5 min away. Good communication with the owners. Thank you

Fab Location

Lovely modern apartment, great location, and spotlessly clean. Had a great stay and would book again. Would recommend a microwave though, but other than that was fab !!!!

Brilliant location, in modern apartment complex

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in December 2023, with the villa comfortably accommodating 2 adults and 2 small children with everything we needed for a holiday. The apartment is located close to shops and only a very short drive to the beach

Stunning apartment

I can't fault the apartment it was stunning. The area wasn't for us but that's just choice. Sun in the morning on balcony until early afternoon & a very quiet, peaceful secure space. Overall very good & communication with owner was extremely good. Found the apartment with no problems as given very good instructions.

Great property in a great location

Property had everything you could possibly need and was very clean. There were plenty of towels and a range of sun beds, chairs and parasols too. The pool area was spotless too and very quiet.

El apartamento está fenomenal. Todo muy nuevo con mensaje, toallas y todo lo necesario para pasar una semana. Excellent apartment

Just home from a week in this apartment. Stayed mid July 2023. This apartment has everything you could possibly need for a fabulous break away. Spotlessly clean, great location. The beach is a little walk away but very manageable. Really cannot recommend this place enough. Beautiful pool and owner and proper manager were excellent to deal with. Accommodated us with an early check in which was much appreciated. Will be back.

My stay

Having been coming to villamartin for some 20 years this is the first time we have used a modern build apartment, we found the apartment very spacious and well equipped for our needs, very good air conditioning and modern furnishings, the pool areas was excellent and well maintained and a life guard,overall we had an excellent stay and would consider a rebook, just a note for Dimitri is to consider an upgrade to 4 slice toaster and a microwave

Clean and Comfortable

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment located on a gated complex. The complex is immaculately kept and like a mini Oasis. Location good for shopping food and drinks. Recommended as a place to stay.

La Zenia Beach

The property was wonderful. It had everything you need for your stay. Lots of towels and a super well equipped kitchen. A lovely balcony overlooking the pool and a lift to take you up and down. The lift was very handy when taking the sun beds down to the pool as was the shopping cart for carrying our purchases home from the nearby Marcsdona. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Beautiful, Spacious and Great Communication

The apartment was clean, beautiful, well equipped and well situated. The communication with Dimitri was exceptional- quick response time, and he was very warm and flexible with our situation. The key holder did not meet us, which caused some concern; but we were able to figure out where the gate was - farther down the road than we expected- and all worked out well. The key holder also was quick to respond to Dimitri's requests on our behalf. We loved the apartment and our time in La Zenia. Thanks so much for a great experience.

Lovely relaxing holiday

This property was very clean & tidy & the balcony very nice & lovely outside area with table & chairs on the balcony where very nice and the view onto the pool very nice. Kitchen well equipped fridge freezer loads of room & oven was v good & washer grate didn’t use the dish washer. the living room area v nice . tv we didn’t use it much but has loads of channels. The main bedroom with on Suite very nice & bed v comfy .only point I would say the on suite It could do with a black out on the window like the rest of the windows when the sun rises on a morning it lights the bedroom up . The 2nd bedroom was very nice with twin beds v comfy . Loads of draw & wardrobe space in both bedrooms . Air con very good but we didn’t use it much. Just a note on the door of the property a sticker about electricity consumption 80KW/ per week included in the rental price over consumption =0,25€ per Kw additional cost for renter . But to us floor fans would have been good . The pool area very nice & clean & warm .The complex very Secure & apartment too. The people we used which was recommended from the lender for the transfers was first class too . We will be definitely be coming back we loved the hole holiday . Hope this feedback helps you .

Holiday with friends

Myself, my husband and two friends booked this apartment, not the cheapest by any means, however location was good. The apartment was not suitable for two couples even though two single beds can be pushed together the shower room and toilet are off the kitchen in the main living area with no privacy. The apartment itself was modern and clean with the pool area very impressive however day one my friend stepped into the pool at 10am to paddle and was shouted at very abruptly and loudly across the whole pool area. My husband confronted the pool/gardener and pointed out that was no way to speak to anyone especially a woman. No apology and walked off, really rude and ignorant and spoilt day one and put us off staying around the pool. Too many other rules. Old towels and bedding require to be upgraded. Won't be back.

Zenia Beach Apartment

Very nice apartment in a great location. It’s close to an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars and within walking distance to the beach. Very well equipped and really clean. Communication with the owner and airport transfers excellent. Will return again.

Tolle Ferienwohnung ❤️

Die FeWo befindet sich in einer geschlossenenFerienhaus-Siedlung. Zugang nur mit Schlüssel und Türöffner (für Auto) möglich. Die Anlage macht einen extrem gepflegten und geschmackvollen Eindruck. Die Pools sind wunderschön. Regelmäßig kommt der Pool-Service, welcher Pools und Außenanlagen säubert. Die Wohnung ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel erfolgt durch eine Kontaktperson vor Ort, hier muss man eine Stunde vor Ankunft kurz anrufen. Die Wohnung war sauber und modern ausgestattet. Im Umfeld befinden sich Supermärkte und eine große Shopping-Mall. Ein Traum ❤️❤️ Der dortige Foodcourt ist jedoch Geschmackssache-allesFastfood und auf britische Touristen ausgerichtet. Zum Strand braucht man etwa 10-15 min. Es gibt eine Bucht und daneben einen Hundestrand, dann. Steilküste. Wir sind lieber am Pool geblieben, der Strand war eher enttäuschend. Wenn wir länger geblieben wären, hätten wir in der Umgebung lieber einen anderen Strand aufgesucht. Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.🥰
