Picturesque views on this 1.6 acre, 2,900 sq ft, 3 queen bedrooms each with Smart Tv and fire stick, plus pull out couch, lake front home on Lake Murray. 86 inch tv in the den plus 3 large full bathrooms/tubs and showers in each. meticulously maintained. Sleeps 8, in addition it has a pack and play and blow up queen mattress on site. gas grill, new appliances and porch swing. Also Jetted tub in Master suite with separate walk in shower and a walk-in closet. Beautiful views from porch and upper deck that spans the full length of the house. Direct access from bedrooms and multiple rooms onto porch and deck lake side. Ceiling fans all throughout. Washer and dryer in the laundry room and recently rebuilt DOCK with new Dock LADDER for SWIMMING!! Your own PRIVATE boat ramp on the property! this house has a piano in the upstairs sitting area with a pull out sleeper sofa and large Flat screen TV with Fire stick and WiFi. There is a fire place in the den downstairs with a large flat screen smart tv with Fire Stick and WiFi,The TV antenna picks up 18 local Chanel’s on HD. HIgh speed fiber optic internet/WiFi. Across Cove is land that gives your views of luscious greenery as far as you can see. Only a few homes in the cove all facing green area not each other. My husband and I love to cook so this kitchen has EVERYTHING! We love the outdoors and nature. Each day at this lake house is a treat. You never know what to expect as its wild life and views of the water are ever changing and a special treat every morning that you wake up and look out any of the many window and doors.
Why they chose this property
We shopped for our lake house for 2 years. As soon and you drive up and get out of the car you will see why we fell in love with this tranquil cove and beautiful clean spacious home. The views from the 2 porches are amazingly beautiful and private.

We fell in love with this house as soon as we drove up and saw the view!!!!
