Adagio C205 is one of YFAB's most popular gulf front condos. Decorated as the owner's second home, you will experience all the luxuries you look for in a beach getaway.

Large living area with flat screen TV and plenty of seating on the couches and chairs for the whole family. Up to ten people can enjoy this luxury end unit. The dining room table seats eight plus there are bar stools at the granite counter top for up to four more.
The kitchen has every item you need for the perfect beach vacation - from crock pot to Keurig coffee makers - each of YFAB's condos at Adagio has plenty of cookware and bake ware. Wineglasses? We've got plenty and we leave a bottle of wine for your first toast at sunset!

100% cotton sheets and towels - plenty of fluffy white towels for everyone.
Your friend at the beach supplies hand soaps, shower soaps, dish washing liquid and detergent, laundry soap and starter supplies of paper goods (two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom plus one roll of paper towels, two kitchen garbage bags). While we don't supply beach towels, Your Friend at The Beach leaves one as a gift!
Elevators to the underground parking garage with two dedicated spot in underground garage. Only two cars are permitted per HOA rules.
Gulf front pool is heated in the off season. The large 8,000 square foot pool provides a wonderful option besides the beach and the gulf front pool.
Spacious hot tub by the gym is heated year round - 21 and older only after 6 pm.
Just 4.5 miles west of Seaside and 12.6 miles west of Rosemary Beach in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach on scenic 30A.
All rates are subject to change and do not include the fee charged by outside booking sites such as VRBO and Homeaway.
HOA rules do not permit trailers, golf carts, RV's or tents on the beach. Beach chair service is available but not included in the rental rate. We do however provide two free bike rentals so you can explore the 20 miles of scenic 30A bike trails.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional cost.
