Lakeview 4 bdrm/3bath/Conveniently located to most attractions/private boat slip
Welcome to our guest rental which we fondly refer to as Rustic Charm. Our family has enjoyed vacations by the lake for years and we are excited to share our home with you. This is not an ordinary rental, but rather a space designed for us to unwind and share with family and friends.
Our condo is a two level unit, boasting a spacious loft area that comprises of a King bed, Private bathroom, and a Trundle bed. Inside the hand painted armoire is a Smart TV to enjoy all your favorites from Netflix, Amazon, etc.
As go downstairs you will find the Fully appointed kitchen, Dining area, Living room, Laundry and 3 bedrooms. All of our bedding offers a down alternative comforters with Pottery Barn Duvet Covers. The two guest bedrooms as you initially enter the property have Queen sized beds and share a full sized bathroom.The laundry room is also conveniently located right off the kitchen and is available to our guests..... (We even have beach towels for you to use at the pool.) The living/kitchen/dining area is a comfortable sized open area for all to enjoy no matter what room you are in. Our latest project is the now complete, which was the fireplace wall. We were able to add a bit of our family history by constructing an accent wall made of reclaimed barn wood from our Century old farm located near Hermann, Missouri! The mantle that was added was also hand made by a local craftsman from the area and we couldn't be happier to have yet another special feature to share with our family and friends and more importantly our guests. The outside deck area is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom and includes 2 patio tables with seating for 8 and a gas grill. There are three community pools for you to enjoy all summer. We are also one of the only buildings in the complex to have a elevator, which is extremely important feature especially when you have families with children.
Our mission is now complete! We have created the perfect area for families, couples, and friends to cherish friendships, make memories , enjoy the lake and RELAX! We hope you enjoy Rustic Charm as much as we do

Our family has been enjoying Lake of the Ozarks for years and wanted to be able to share our love for the lake with others. We purchased this property because of its ideal proximity to the lake attractions, and the versatility the floor plan offers our family and our future guests. We live in a small town near St. Louis and enjoy the freedom the lake gives us as a mini vacation from our busy family life. Our one wish for all of our guests is to relax and enjoy life creating a memorable vacation for themselves.

Our vacation rental was created with families in mind! Enjoy all of the comforts of home and more! Close proximity to many restaurants by water or by land. Lots of shopping within 5 minutes of our vacation rental. Extremely convenient to all area attractions.
Covered dock which is a short walk from the condo offers a 12x30 boat slip available for our guests. Our complex offers three pools for our guests to choose from, all of which are a short walk for our vacation rental
