It doesn't get any better than this - luxury beachfront 2 bedroom/2 bath residence. The unit is located in front of the pristine, sandy Ulua
beach, and only a hop to the Wailea Beachwalk. Pride of ownership shows throughout the condominium and across the whole property. This luxury vacation-home is set in a quiet location among beautiful, lush grounds with swimming pools and a friendly welcoming staff. You can whale-watch from your lanai and living room.

Wailea Elua Village is a premier vacation property located directly on Ulua beach in Wailea and features 152 condos on 24 acres of lush tropical landscapes, luxury accommodations and breath-taking ocean views in a low-rise village atmosphere. Located in the heart of Wailea on Maui's sunny south shore, Wailea Elua sits on the sugary white sand of Ulua Beach, one of Wailea's premier snorkeling and dive beaches and is adjacent to Wailea's award winning Blue Golf Course just above (mauka) the Elua resort and the Shops at Wailea. Special rates are available for Elua Village Guests at Wailea's golf and tennis facilities. Hotels, spa facilities and award-winning restaurants are within walking distance.

Wailea Elua Village features two large swimming pools, one overlooking the beach with barbecue facilities for entertaining, a whirlpool spa, paddle tennis/pickleball court. Picturesque Ulua Beach is just steps away and is ideal for family fun, snorkeling, swimming, sailing, windsurfing or just relaxing. Located on the mile-and-a-half beach walk which gently meanders along the Wailea Resort beach and oceanfront, Wailea Elua Village offers the security of a gated access and the convenience of Wailea's many shopping, dining and entertainment choices. Wailea Elua Village is a gated resort community with 24-hr security.

Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and coolers are provided. Additional beach gear may be rented at one of our local beach shops. Pickleball equipment provided.

It is oceanfront and has the best views! We spent a lot of time out on the patio. Ulua Beach is right in front of the complex so very easy access to the beach. Property Manager was able to accommodate a late checkout so that was helpful. We would stay there again!

Luxury condo with stellar view
Beautifully maintained grounds, clean and comfortable condo that was so nice to come home to after shopping and adventuring Maui. Located close to excellent dining options or use the well equipped kitchen and watch the sunset from the lanai, you can’t go wrong either way. Particularly nice location on edge of grounds that lent itself to feeling more private. Just lovely all the way around.

Heaven on Maui
We have been coming to Maui for years and nothing compares to Elua Village. We have stayed in 1904 before and again, we were so pleased with everything. The unit was filled with everything needed to have the perfect stay. The proximity to the beach, Wailea shops-you name it, you cannot ask for a better place. The unit sleeps 6 and it is beautifully decorated. To be able to eat on your deck watching the sunset everyday is Heaven. Bob and Sunny were so helpful and quickly responsive. As soon as we can get back there, we will be booking again!!

Easy access to the beach, walking trail and parking. Truly is quiet and secluded but still Ocean Front. The grounds are immaculate making you feel you have lots of space between neighbors.The unit was nice, perfect for 4 adults. Early mornings were wonderful on the wrap around deck. Sunsets were magical with private access to a sitting area overlooking the ocean. The rooms were comfortable and most of all clean. No complaints at all. Sunny, Bob and Daniel from Wailea Rentals were delightful and we will definitely rent direct with them again in the future to reduce fees tacked on by other platforms.Unit was well stocked and the "Welcome Basket" kept our munchies at bay for the entire period. Thank You.

Wow, not sure you can find a condo this close to the beach and also with a lot of privacy. This is on the edge of the Elua property, so very quiet, but also close to the beach and path. Perfect for a family vacation.

It was far enough away from the main path to provide total privacy and quiet, yet it was truly oceanfront with incomparable views. Another plus is that the complex was not overrun with people and the buildings were far enough away from each other to provide a lot of privacy. This was our first time at Wailea Elua and we would definitely choose this complex again for all that it offers. The location of Wailea Elua in Wailea was fabulous. We were within easy walking distance of the shops and the hotels to take advantage of all those locations have to offer - to say nothing of our proximity to the beach!The Property Manager was very friendly and helpful. I had several questions before we even left for the trip and they were patient at the several phone calls I made to them. Once there, we had a minor problem at the unit that they took care of immediately. We would not hesitate to return to #1904 or recommend it to friends and family.
