Clean/' No Frills' condo West of 41 in North Naples. This is an older condominium complex. Your rental is on the 3rd floor (has an elevator) and is a condo unit providing 1 bedroom 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), living room and bedroom with community heated pool. Includes an office desk and chair space for remote working. Community washer/dryers on ground floor ($2.00 each load). There is a KING bed and wrap around sofa setup with a cabinet wall partially separating the bedroom area from the living room area. Walk 2 miles (walkways entire distance) or a 6 min drive to closest beach - Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park. Easy bike ride to public beaches, bikes are not provided but are available for rent if you Google bike rentals. Very near Wiggins Pass State Park and Barefoot Beach both are less than 2 miles. Walking distance to shopping and dining (across the street) and shopping at the Mercato is also very near. This is a perfect rental for you if you are looking for a clean and affordable place to stay in Naples. Directly across the street are: The BOARD ROOM Wine Bar & Charcuterie, Zeppe's Taverna and Pizzeria, Five Guys, Bealls. Mykonos Greek Restaurant.. Limoncello's Italian Fare

Includes: linens, towels, cook wear, dishes. TV coffee maker fridge stove, microwave. Beach towels. No cable or pets. Internet and 2 SMART TVs are included. These both provide daily news stations and an unlimited number of TV show and movie choices. Bring your cable and Netflix if you need more. Please make sure to get instructions from your provider on how to utilize your cable via a smart TV as TV/internet assistance will not be provided by property manager. You will receive the CODE to the front entry within 24 hrs of your check in through this site. I accept payment via credit card through this system only. This includes extending your stay. Purchasing travel/ trip insurance is highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay

We So Enjoyed our Stay at Kelly’s condo !! Shelly was the Perfect Manager !! Very Cozy and Conveniently located for the two of us !! It was unfortunate the elevator wasn’t working at the time yet from the hurricane, but couldn’t be helped and it gave us a chance to stay in shape doing the stairs !! The king size bed and 2 TVs was Great !! Will keep this condo in mind for future trips !! Thank You Kelly and Shelly !!

Great location with all the basics.

Very cutely decorated. Only problem was there was a wifi password that did not work, owner gave an another option which did not work either. Lucky I was able to use my hot spot, but this is a problem that needs to be addressed.

Perfect Budget By The Beach! Close to Everything!

The "urban beach" condo had everything we needed for vacation on a budget. Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park Beach is 1.4 miles. Loved being literally across the street ( north of the condo) from the shopping mall..many eateries and stores. Walmart was anout a mile south on US 41. 1 mile from Bonita racetrack. Great walking and bike path to the beach. And the area is safe. The pool was a real plus! There are several grills at the pool area, however, we never used them. We will definitely stay again!

A big surprise!

The outside appearance was a little discouraging when I first approached. Upon entering I was pleasantly surprised. It smelled clean. The decorations were beach perfect. Everything was there; the shower was fantastic. The bed was OK but it was starting to get a valley in it. All the amenities worked fine. It was a pleasant stay.

Cute place, clean, great location!

I was on a solo getaway trip and this place was perfect. Was visiting friends living near Vanderbilt. The location was very close to them as well as anything I wanted to do in North Naples. The place is very clean and comfortable. Not much for a view when outside, but I didn’t care about that. I felt like it was safe and I would definitely stay here again.

Clean convenient location

The property was clean, spacious, well maintained and comfortable. It is well located for highway access and shopping. Beach access does require a vehicle and at busy times finding parking at the beaches can be challenging. Pool was appreciated on hot days.

Perfect for the cost

Everything was close by. We spent a month there and while it was a bit small for a long stay it would be perfect for a couple on vacation. Naples and Bonita Spring are very accessible. Close to downtown, beaches, and lots of food.

Clean and spacious

This condo was very clean which is my number one concern. It is very spacious for two people. Less than 5 minutes from Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. We absolutely loved the beach there. Don’t be put off by the exterior. The condo association could do a better job on keeping appearances up. It was an excellent value.

Nice location!!

We really liked the location of this unit. It was super convenient and offered easy access to everything we needed or wanted. Lots of great eating spots were within walking distance. Loads of shopping opportunities and 4-6 beaches are close by. The unit was very clean, very nice,and quite attractive. The pool was a great highlight. The ac stopped working and the owner graciously arranged for replacement t of the air conditioner. Sofa and bed could use some updating but other than that we were quite pleased and we enjoyed our month long stay.

The Urban Beach is a great little getaway. It is very cozy and a perfect place to stay while away from home. The Urban Beach is located close to the beach and doinfo. Everything you need is less than a ten minute drive away. Loved it
