Secluded & tranquil, yet still walkable to everything in Fish Creek. Have the best of both Door County worlds with this beautifully decorated, meticulously maintained cottage. It is cleaned & sanitized prior to your arrival, for your peace of mind! Your home in Door County is located in downtown Fish Creek, with all the shops, restaurants & historic spots it has to offer, as well as Fish Creek Beach.

Care to mostly stay in? We are directly across the creek from beloved Peninsula State Park and you will have an endless supply of flora & fauna to watch from our patios and balconies (all four of them).

Centrally located in the Door Peninsula you are a short drive to everything it has to offer. Two queen bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony, sofabed, two fireplaces, powder room, full kitchen.

This is a new listing for us. We have almost 50 reviews with 5-Stars on our other property. (See #1001072 for our reputation among your fellow travelers.) Remarks on our hosting include: “Sparkling clean, organized, well-stocked” and “Patty was MOST helpful in every way and all the touches she had done to the house make you feel welcomed and right at home.” “Communication with the owner was easy and speedy.”

We have taken just as much pride in this home as in our first, and I am just as happy to help and communicate as I am across town. We will do our best to ensure you have an excellent and memorable stay.

We have several modern amenities on or in this home, from the most reliable home internet on the peninsula, and a streaming Roku device in each bedroom, to keypad electronic doorlock and security so you don’t have to keep track of any keys. Fish Creek Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, well appointed cottage! Beautiful view of woods, water and trails and walking distance to downtown. Patty is a great host! We look forward to returning soon for another visit.

Wonderful spot for a Door County Escape!

We enjoyed a serene, three day Thanksgiving escape here in this spotless and cozy space. Since the weather altered our planned long hikes in Peninsula State Park (we simply did shorter hikes until we became too cold!), the welcoming comfort of this rental allowed us to truly enjoy a lovely holiday. Both bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room inviting and bright, and the kitchen, while a bit small, had everything thing that we needed for one's dining needs. The space was spotless, well laid out, and the instructions for check in and check out were excellent. Finally, the communication with the owners (especially Patty), was likely the best of any that we have experienced among our frequent travels. Thanks so much for making our Thanksgiving escape a great one!

Cozy Condo

Last minute fall color getaway! Place is in a great location--birds in the backyard, able to walk right into Peninsula State Park and to shops/restaurants. We loved the 3 balconies and the kitchen was very well equipped. Good communication with owner. We would stay here again. The only minor complaints we have are the lack of any soap or shampoo for showers and the task list of things to do for checkout. It's pricey for these little things to be overlooked.

Girls weekend in Door County

We enjoyed staying at this cute cottage for a long weekend. Cottage was clean and well maintained and in a great location. When we contacted the host about some issue she was quick to communicate back to us and on a critical issue she had someone come out and fix it while we were out for the day. We would certainly stay here again.

Clean but not comfy

Hse was clean. Enjoyed the coffee pods provided. Long dark walkway to unit. Small narrow living room with very uncomfortable furniture & fireplace did not work as advertised. If your sensitive to smells and light… the bed linens smelled strong perfume. Mattress fine at first but soon became sunk in and fireplace lite was on all night without ability to turn off.

Super Stay

My friend and I were in Fish Creek for a two-day girl's trip. I cannot say enough nice things about Creekside Cottage. This home met every expectation. It is spacious, cheery, tastefully decorated, and super clean. The location, which is set back in a lush and tranquil neighborhood, is perfect for people who want to have access to multiple activities during the day; yet want privacy and peace in the evenings. We gave the car a break and walked into town for breakfast, dinner and shopping. Patty is an outstanding host, and I am thrilled to have found a new place to stay for future Door County vacations!

Week in Door County

Creekside Cottage is a beautiful home and walkable to everything in town. All essentials are provided with lovely touches through the home. Fish Creek views from the porch in the background evenings were our favorite moments. The location is an excellent home base for all things Door County.

Fish Creek Cottage

We had a great stay at Creekside Cottage in Fish Creek. The location is perfect for exploring Door County. The cottage is tucked away off the main street with views of the creek and the state park, but it’s a short walk to the beach and the town. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. I would definitely recommend the cottage and book it again for any future trips to Door County.

The location is great your a 3 min walk to downtown Fishcreek, 5 min walk to Peninsula State Park. The Condo was clean privacy good. Nice you can bring your dog. It was a a lovely stay.

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our week at Creekside Cottage. It was the perfect location! We could walk to so many shops, restaurants and the beach. The unit itself was clean and well stocked. Better than many other VRBO's I have stayed at. We enjoyed the view of the creek and state park from the patio. We took advantage of being next door to the Frozen Custard stand and went 3 times. We appreciated the information binder left by the hosts as it assisted in our restaurant decisions.

Great location in Fish Creek

The location of this cozy cottage is great! We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere in Fish Creek. The cottage was the right size for our family of 3. My 17 yo son was very happy to walk to "Not Licked Yet" every evening for custard! He was obsessed with the flavor of the day. Patty was great to communicate with and the cottage had everything that we needed for our Door County stay.

Great place, great location!

My wife and I stayed here for a week in August. We've been to Door County many times, but I guess we prefer Fish Creek. In my opinion it's centrally located, and a bit less congested than Sister Bay. This rental is perfect for a couple, although you could sleep 6. We don't eat out every night, so it's great to have a fully stocked kitchen. This place had more than most, as some rentals only have a few basic things. So that was cool. It's an end unit that backs up to Fish Creek, the actual creek...not the town. So a pretty cool view back there, and super private. Beds are comfy, everything works, and you will love this place! Fish Creek, the town...not the creek, is super walkable. As far as restaurants two of my faves are Wild Tomato & Loft. All in all we had a great week here!

We fell in love with this property while visiting Fish Creek. It is set back off of the main drag right along the creek front, yet just steps to everything in downtown Fish Creek. It also has unique feeling of being nestled in nature because it is directly adjacent to Peninsula State Park.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique in the fact that it is both downtown and yet secluded. You enjoy the tranquility of the creekfront and Peninsula Park views and yet once you step foot off our property you are already in downtown Fish Creek.
