It has a large private swimming pool (5mx8m) and many spaces for relaxing in the sun or in the shade of olive trees and palm trees ...
3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with bunk beds) have been carefully decorated and 2 bathrooms have walk-in shower. Kitchen Provencal style, overlooking the interior chimney and pool, is equipped with new equipment and quality (machine wash dishes, hob, extractor ...). The villa has several terraces, perfect for reading, lunch or an aperitif.
The furniture and decor, carefully chosen by architects, complete the package for color harmony and feeling for a change of scenery.

Really lovely home. Beautiful location and clean house. Quick response time from Sonia, the owner. It is very possible that we will rent this house again. If we have to mention a negative thing, we think it was a great shame that all the garden furniture on the roof terrace was destroyed. Actually useless. Could only have wished for a lounge set, as well as a dining area on the other side of the house where the grill is located. There is some evening sun and early morning sun in that place. But the stay was overall super fantastic.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa KiKa. The photos do not embody the feeling you get when you enter the door to the stairs and you see a beautiful overview of the house and the pool. The house is fully equipped and can easily accommodate two families with four small children. We enjoyed it immensely and would love to come back in the future.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaushaus.
Das Haus ist architektonisch sehr schön entworfen. Haus, Pool und Terrasse sind aufeinander abgestimmt. Auch die Innenarchitektur spricht sehr an. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Villa würde ich meine Ferien wieder verbringen.

Superbe villa tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Si je cherche qqc à dire, je dirais ajouter un parasol (et eventuellement 2 petits fauteuils) pour aller à la plage. Pour le reste, tout était super.

Entspannte Tage im Traumhaus
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Casa Kika. Ein Traumhaus mit Traumpool! Das Haus ist sehr stimmig und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet – es fehlt an nichts. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist durch seine Größe und Tiefe perfekt! Check-in und Check-out, die Betreuung vor Ort – alles sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Danke für diese tolle Zeit! Wer keinen Sandstrand braucht erreicht kleine Badebuchten und auch Restaurants sogar fussläufig. Der Weg mit dem Auto nach Moraira oder auf die Nationalstrasse ist nicht lang aber kurvig und dadurch etwas mühsam. Dafür ist es ruhig und sehr erholsam!

Geweldig huis met veel privacy!
We hebben een mooie vakantie gehad in Casa Kika. Als verbeterpunten hebben wij de 2 persoons bedden, deze zijn te klein en hebben een slecht matras. Tevens hadden wij graag in de woonkamer met 6 personen kunnen zitten, de bank en de 2 kleine stoeltjes zijn wat weinig. Het contactpersoon ter plekke is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam; gewoon geweldig! Over het algemeen een prachtig huis en als de bedden worden verbeterd komen we zeker nog eens terug.

Tout est simplement magnifique, la maison est conforme avec les photos je dirai même plus belle en vrai. Surtout quand on ouvre la porte d entrée, on a l impression de rentrer dans un havre de paix. Idéalement placée, la villa est à côté de tout, plage, supermarché, restaurants...idéal pour les sportifs...mais aussi pour ceux qui souhaitent se reposer au calme dans un cadre propre, moderne, décoré avec goûts et sans oublier la grande piscine que tout le monde a apprécié. On espère réellement pouvoir revenir prochainement. Pour tout ceux qui hésiteraient encore, maison magnifique et propriétaires sérieux. À bientôt 😃

A beautiful villa and a lovely location
Our first visit to the villa. Check in and check out very easy. Everything you could wish for at the villa, except a hair dryer and a kettle (both of which seemed strange omissions). Lovely furniture, quality fittings etc, would have been even better if the second bedroom upstairs had air conditioning, but we knew that before we went so can’t complain. Villa and pool offered complete privacy and it was so quiet too. 5 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket and 2 minutes to the nearest restaurant (beside the golf course). We ate at El Chemizo 4 times, lovely food and a beautiful setting beside the sea. This is around 6 minutes drive away. Moraira centre is 10 minutes away, Calpe is around 20 minutes, so perfect location. Would love to re-visit and can thoroughly recommend the villa and location to anyone visiting Benissa and the surrounding area

Magnifique maison au calme plénitude et serenite
Une très belle villa avec des prestations haut de gamme Les photos reflètent bien la réalité . Je dirais même que la hauteur du mur en pierre sur la photo pourrait pénaliser le choix sur le fait de se sentir enfermer ... pas du tout nous sommes en toute intimité à l abri des regard dans un très bel espace . Nous conseillons très vivement cette villa . Allez y en toute confiance vous y passerez de très bonnes vacances !!
