Brand new custom kitchen! Located near Coligny in North Forest Beach that offers great shopping and restaurant options, as well as a new town park and playground near the public beach with a climbing ship and other wonderful features for children, pets, and their adults. Get on your bikes and ride the wonderful bike paths throughout the island! Complex also has tennis courts and two other pool areas. Spacious three bedroom condo that sleeps six has newly remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and customized design with artistic sea creatures integrated into the stonework. Fully equipped with plenty of high quality dishes, glassware, and cookware, making it easy to cook and serve your family in style. Designed around a luxe Caribbean theme in main living area, including lots of comfortable seating, as well as three dining areas that seat up to 13. Four flat screen televisions (including large one in living area and one in each bedroom), as well as cable and Wifi. Original artwork and stained glass throughout, making each space unique. Large first floor bedroom has queen size bed and a shower bathroom, and master upstairs has king size bed. Heated whirlpool tub in newly remodeled master bathroom with travertine marble and custom mosaic features. Second upstairs bedroom has twin beds and shower/tub combination. Washer and dryer in upstairs laundry area. All mattresses are comfortable and like new! Ample seating in deck area, which is only steps away from a swimming pool. High quality linens and towels, electric outdoor grill, and beach chairs are provided, as well as other unique decorative touches throughout. Wonderful Stay in HHI

This is the third time we have stayed in one of the Ocean Breeze townhomes and have not been disappointed. This is a great place to stay and this particular unit had everything we needed plus the owner of the property was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I highly recommend staying in both Ocean Breeze and this townhome!

Great vacation

We absolutely loved our recent two-week stay at this house. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Had great time

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks working remotely. Owners accommodated us on dates and allowed to bring our 2 pets - that was a huge plus. Location is great - right next to the community pool, about 15 min walk to the beach and to Coligny plaza with tons of the shops and restaurants. Property had everything that we could possibly need for our stay. Overall had a great time.

Winter Retreat w/glimpses Spring.

July 4th Vacay

We had a great time at Ocean Breeze. It was very clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need and in an excellent location. Kathy was a wonderful host, she sent me a lot of information regarding things to do and places to eat at while there. She also checked on us during our stay. We especially loved being able to bring our pup with us and will definitely stay here again!

Great extended weekend stay!

We had a wonderful long weekend for our anniversary with our dog child. Kathy was so easy to communicate with and their home is beautiful. It is a short walk to everything we wanted to do and the house had everything we needed and more. We loved Hilton Head and will definitely be back!

Your Home in Hilton Head

Everything about this unit is wonderful. Tastefully decorated and fully stocked with all you need for a wonderful vacation. Communication with owners was very easy and helpful. Location is excellent with easy access to beach. If you want a memorable visit to HHI I strongly recommend picking this home for your vacation.

Happy Place exceeded expectations

This was our family's first visit to Hilton Head Is., and we all agree it's a place we want to come back to. Happy Place exceeded our expectations with all its amenities, neighborhood pool, and access to bike paths going directly to the beach. It was super clean with a spacious pet friendly layout that was perfect for our dogs and family of six (4 adults, 2 kids). We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect accommodations for a family of 6

Beautiful, Carribean themed townhouse perfect for a family of 6. My husband and I visited Hilton Head Island with our four children: 22 year old daughter, two 19 year old sons, and our 15 year old son. We couldn't have been happier with the townhouse itself or the location. The townhouse had everything we needed which was impressive as we cooked in most meals. Also, the kids liked having a pool just steps off the back deck. The owners were very communicative with us throughout the process and were a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to visiting again!

Fantastic home!

We rented this home because is was pet friendly and close to Coligny Plaza. Home was comfortable and convenient to everything. Absolutely the most well stocked kitchen we have ever seen for a rental. Owners communicated consistently with us before and during our vacation to make sure we had no problems or questions. Will will definitely come back and rent again in the future.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean, had everything we needed for a relaxing week in Hilton Head. The location is great, close to the beach, shopping, resturants and the bike trail. Our pups were quite content as well. Communication with the owner was quick and pleasant. You will not be disappointed here!

Quaint Townhome in Hilton Head

Great location. We loved the owners were open to larger dogs. One is still a puppy and recently house broke. Unfortunately, he went a little backwards because of the new environment and had a few accidents. We tried our best to clean and understood any cost that would be accounted for. The place was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion would be for newer TVs. TVs are 720 definition and out dated. Remotes were difficult to use and one missing. With that being said, everything else was nice. Owners are easy to speak with and respond in a timely manner. Would recommend to someone visiting.

Nice place

When we arrived the place had not been cleaned. We contacted the owner by text, she replied promptly , called housekeeping and got the place cleaned up promptly You learn a lot more about people when there’s a problem. The homeowner addressed the problem quickly and to our satisfaction for that she gets five stars We have stayed at numerous places at Hilton head over the last 40 years. While we have stayed at nicer places all in all this is as good as most and Probably the best value we have ever had. I recommend it highly.

Worth every penny

My family and I stayed here for 9 days in September. The unit exceeded our expectations. Filled with coastal decor, comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen made the stay carefree. Every detail to ensure a comfortable stay is here. Beach chairs for use and a pool just steps away was an added plus. The owner responds quickly to any questions and sends dining and tourist suggestions. Though we didn't witness any turtle hatchings the info that was sent was so informative. We would definitely stay here again!

Labor Day getaway to Hilton Head

Kathy is a great VRBO owner. My family and I wanted a beach trip and were very happy with the Hilton Head property. This was our first time visiting the island and loved it. The property was a short bike ride to the beach and the pool was great too.
