proximite de tout et la surface BIEN
gaspillage de l'eau effrayant wc la chasse coule beaucoup ,un problème d'eau chaude à régler d'urgence ( le choix entre douche froide ou chaude ..)idem cuisine .Les lattes du petit lit à fixer ( jusqu'à 3 par nuit qui tombent !!!! )Les deux premiers jours il y avait des blattes (cafards roses ).La grille du balcon du séjour à fixer .Le four inutilisable très très sale .Dessus de lit très sale .Traversin une tâche de sang ...il faut sécuriser la prise électrique du lit superposé ,très dangereux pour un enfant en bas âge .Un rideau dans la chambre à trois lit ,les regards d'en face étaient fréquent s.Prévoir une table de repassage nous n'avons pas repasser nos vêtements car la table s'abîme avec la vapeur .....pas grave c'était les vacances et nous étions là que pour manger et dormir .Nos enfants ont fait beaucoup de sports .

Muy bien situado pero viejo
Este apartamento está muy bien situado, a 50 m. de la playa de Hendaia en una calle tranquila. Sin embargo está bastante viejo. La ducha está o muy fría o muy caliente,la cisterna del baño gotea continuamente y para cocinar tiene una cocina antiquisima de gas. Ademàs la inmobiliaria pide una fianza de 600 €, muy desproporcionada para el tipo de apartamento que es.

Les points négatifs : une plomberie vétuste (chasse d'eau, pas de mitigeur, robinet cuisine très haut), la salle de bain avec douche sabot. La literie n'est pas super confort. Un peu bruyant car donne sur la rue Les points positifs : très bien situé à côté de la plage, bien agencé pour une famille de 5.
