Convenient Country Lodging near Ricketts Glen

Welcome to Vista Lodge in Northern Columbia County! We are conveniently located on Route 487 between Stillwater and Benton PA. Our "Tiny House" lodges have a mini-fridge, microwave, cook top stove, coffee pot & toaster. Each unit can comfortably sleep 4.

All the amenities of home such as: linens, towels, plates, glasses, pots, pans, flatware, utensils, hair dryer, wall-mounted make up mirror, ironing board, iron & hangers are all there for your use.

The Bedroom features: a comfortable queen-size bed, dresser and 32" flat screen TV. The Living Room/Dining Room/ Kitchenette features a Queen Size Futon/Bed, Dining Room table and the Kitchenette as described above and in the photos.

Our lodges are designed for full comfort and ease. Cable TV and wi-fi is also included. Come see the many sites which are nearby such as: Ricketts Glen State Park, Bloomsburg Fair, Covered Bridge Festival, Little League World Series, Camp Lavigne Wine so much more. We are within a short drive to Berwick, Bloomsburg, Williamsport and Wilkes-Barre PA.

The property is nice and mostly clean. The heater in the bedroom made an annoying noise while running so we turned it off every night so we could sleep. Other than that, I would recommend the property to others.

Had to stay for a rodeo. Was probably the cleanest safest comfiest place I’ve stayed all season. Very accommodating with my schedule changes. Will be staying again for Benton Rodeo 2025!

Clean beautiful property this was our 2nd time staying at this place and will definitely stay three again next year.. the property manager gets back to you quickly and is very helpful and appreciates your business which is a plus these days seems like businesses just don’t care anymore… would recommend checking out RC’s bar and grill if your looking for a cool place for a drink or some great atmosphere and food my husband and I feel they have the best food around and they have out door seating and your pups are welcome

Beautiful cabin's
My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Vista Lodge in Benton, PA. Communication from the start when I made our reservation's throughout our stay was prompt and helpful. Cabin's were very clean and well stocked with all our needs fulfilled. We went to Ricketts Glen Friday afternoon and most of the day on Saturday. Just a short drive away from our cabin at Vista Lodge. Restaurants in the area were delicious, affordable and not a chain restaurant in the area. We enjoyed Westover Cafe, Kozy Korner, and Old Filling Station. And a couple ice cream spots as well. Thank you for a relaxing enjoyable weekend.

My son & I recently stayed at one of the little cabins & found our experience to be ideal. The property was well maintained, clean, easy to get to from Rickett’s Glen & overall an extremely enjoyable place to stay. Both my son & I felt comfortable & refreshed after our trip.

Great place!
We had a great time, close to state hiking parks which is why we were there. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. We even had a fire in the fire pit which we enjoyed! The mattress was foam which we thoroughly enjoyed and the hot water for showers was great. The futon was not the greatest but with a few pillows it was fine. Will definitely come back!!

We couldn’t have had a nicer stay. We were one of 10 couples, all friends, staying at the cabins. We took over the place and hiked Ricketts Glen, had a bonfire each night, and ate and drank to our hearts’ content. Looking forward to returning.

We stayed here while hiking at Rickett’s Glen State Park and World’s End State Park. It was very clean, quiet, and nice. The kitchen was a bit sparsely stocked but we had everything we needed, just not many extras which was fine. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Place!
Me and my wife went to Benton to go hiking in Ricketts Glen State Park. Besides that the neighborhood and area around Benton doesn't have much to offer. It was still a very nice cabin and night away. I would highly recommend people coming and staying at the Vista Lodge especially in the nice weather so they can use Vista Grove! Thank you
