Our condo has been recently updated - painted throughout, new flooring, and new furniture.

Enjoy the life of leisure at Sea Trail Plantation, 5 minutes from beautiful Sunset Beach (best beach on the East Coast per Duke University, and ranked number 4 on National Geographic’s “21 BEST BEACHES IN THE WORLD!” (2017) ) and the intracoastal waterway, and surrounded by 3 championship golf courses right in Sea Trail. Close proximity to Ocean Isle Beach, Calabash, Little River, and Myrtle Beach.

If your interest is the beach, the flat sandy beach is great for swimming, surfing, shelling, walking, running or biking.

If your interest is golf, Sea trail is home to three signature golf courses. In addition to golf, there are two clubhouses with full-service golf shops, range, putting greens, lounges and dining.

There are also tennis and pickleball courts within Sea Trail.

If your interest is fishing, opportunities for beach, pier and charter boats are everywhere.

You are two miles from Calabash (the Seafood Capital of the World) which is home for numerous restaurants, shopping and docks for buying fresh fish and shrimp.

Dinner Cruises, Casino boats, Sightseeing Cruises, Dolphin Cruises, Jet-skiing, Para-Sailing etc are all available

The second floor condo is in Osprey Ridge, and boasts a delightful 250 sq ft screened in porch, overlooking The Jones 4th fairway, and the signature Par 3 5th.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room has a 55" Samsung Smart TV. Cable and Wifi access can be provided at your cost with FocusBroadband. Internet $64/month; Merge TV $106/month.

The master bedroom has a king bed.

Clean linens, washer and dryer, dishes, silverware, cookware, appliances included. Toiletries, bath towels, and bed linens included.

At the Village Activity Center you can cool off at the pool, be soaking in a hot tub or warming up in the sauna! Enjoy a yoga class too! The Sea Trail Village Activity Center with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, whirlpools, bicycle rentals, and fitness classes is available at a nominal price.

50% deposit due at booking, 25% due 30 days before check in, and balance due at check-in. $500 Refundable Damage deposit. The Osprey Ridge HOA requires a minimum stay of 30 days. Rentals less than 90 days are subject to local and state taxes totalling 12.75% - 4.75 state General Sales Tax, 1% Brunswick County Accommodation tax, 2% Brunswick County General Sales Tax, and 5% Town of Sunset Beach Accommodation tax.

Great condo. Great location. Great stay!!

We stayed in this beautiful, spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath condo for three months this past winter. We really enjoyed our time there. It is beautifully furnished and set up with quality kitchen ware, which the foodies among us used to make delicious meals. The large, enclosed porch overlooks the Jones Golf Course at Sea Trail, so it was fun to watch players try to make the fourth green (over a large bunker) and the par-three fifth (a shot over a large pond). The condo’s owner-host was very responsive to the few concerns we had, and the property manager came by quickly to help us resolve things. Much appreciated. There are lots of excellent golf courses in the area (NC and SC), and Sunset Beach is close by (about five minutes by car) for walks along the beach by the dunes and, if you like sunbathing, great as well for that. One of our favorite finds is very friendly Peddler’s Fish Market in Holden Beach, about a 20-minute drive away. Right along the Intracoastal Waterway, it receives fresh fish, shrimp and scallops almost every day. It’s worth the drive if you like fish and seafood as much as we do.

GREAT location for golf, beach, bicycling. Sunset Beach is 5 minutes away. Restaurants in Calabash are 10 minutes away, and offer Great fish and steaks. NOT THE MYRTLE BEACH ENVIRONMENT. My wife and I rented the Condo for 3 months, and enjoyed every minute. Very safe location. Elevator for the 3 story building makes access very easy. Highly recommend this condo.

Bernadette and I are from Ontario (Hamilton & Toronto). I am retired, and Bernadette is close. We have two grown children who enjoy Sea Trail as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We bought our condo in 2013 after having vacationed with friends of ours who own at Sea Trail. It's the perfect location for golf year round, and beach activities spring, summer, and fall. Golf is right outside your doorstep. Our condo is right between the two Sea Trail clubhouses - The Jones/Bryd, and the Maples.

What makes this property unique

Sea Trail has many attractions to offer. There are three championship golf courses on the property, and countless others nearby. Sunset Beach is one of the nicest beaches on the east coast, and is just a 5 minute drive away. Our condo has a 250 sq ft porch with a fantastic view, overlooking The Jones 4th fairway, and the Calabash River.
