So many potential…
This house is very beautiful, perfect for a big family with kids but unfortunately, the experience was not the best.
Cristiana was amazing! The problem is that the property has another owner that does what I’ve seen written somewhere in the comments: he appears without any warning.
When I say appears I mean he enters in the house(!!) with us inside. Can you imagine the scary moment?
Plus, there was an unpleasant situation: one of the kids opened the room window and it has broken one small window. We found that it was because of a (known) problem of the window. We called Cristiana and he arrives (of course without a warning) and said that already happened in the past and even got windows prepared to replace in the cabinet. In the end, he charges 100€ for the work. When we said we could take care of it. We pay of course, but the attitude says everything.
Cristiana was always helpful in all of the process but of course, she is not responsible for the owner decisions and attitudes.
Regarding the house, we really enjoy but I wouldn’t return again.
Main problems were:
- Of course, the owner
- Not very clean — a lot of cigarette butts near the barbecue (none of us smoke), coffee filter with mold, barbecue grills unusable due the amount of trash
- low quality mattresses
- far away from everything - we can’t go walking to anywhere (there are no sidewalks).
The pool was amazing and the fact the house is with just one floor is perfect. Please consider review these things because the experience could be much better, almost perfect. The potential is there.
