This charming bungalow, built in 1953, has been renovated and is nestled in a family focused neighborhood. It's conveniently located near I-30 and Hulen St, south of Arlington Heights High School. You can walk to Starbucks, Central Market and Chapel Hill Shopping Center.

It's 4-7 minutes to: Will Rodgers Coliseum & Memorial Center, Dickies Arena, the Museums on Montgomery St. & Camp Bowie Blvd., W. 7th Street entertainment district, UNT Health Science Center, Botanic Gardens & Trinity Park, Fort Worth Zoo & Log Cabin Village, TCU, Colonial Golf Course, Panther Island Pavilion, Downtown and The Shops at Clearfork.

It's 10-15 minutes to the Fort Worth Stockyards, Top Golf and Rockwood Municipal Golf Course.

It's 20-30 minutes to Cowboy Stadium, Globe Life Park, Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor and 27-30 minutes to: DFW Airport, Love Field Airport & Texas Motor Speedway.

The house has a great room with a large couch, 2 comfortable chairs, a dining table that seats 6 and a 55"TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and 2 coffee makers. Selections of coffee and tea are provided. The oversized master bedroom has French doors leading to a new deck. It has a Queen size Select Comfort bed and
en suite bathroom with a shower. The front bedroom has 2 Full size vintage beds.. The middle bedroom has a Full size wooden antique bed. the hall bathroom, with a tub/shower, is located adjacent to these bedrooms. The landscaped backyard, patio and deck provide a great place to hang out with plenty of privacy.

There is a washer and dryer available. Free WiFi allows internet connection throughout the house for all your devices. A long driveway provides off street parking. There are two Queen-size air mattresses, a card table and four chairs available to accommodate extra guests. Although we do not allow pets in the house, there is a pet resort 1/2 block away.

If you are looking for a safe, convenient place to stay with lots of character, make this fantastic bungalow your home base from which to explore Fort Worth.

Sweetest little house with a fabulous host!

I stayed for a weekend with my in-laws and 2 boys. Our check-in/out process was super easy. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed. My kids LOVED discovering all of the little toys and books and the backyard was a huge bonus. Location is within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do.

Owner/Manager was very communicative and helpful. Convenient location and perfect for our stay. We had a late night knock on the door (1:45 am) but other than that disturbance, the property and location was great.

What a wonderful place! We met with family in the Fort Worth area. Great location!! 10 minutes or less to all our activities yet a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The amenities for our toddler were a nice bonus! Pack N' Play, highchair, and fun age-appropriate toys.
