"Wear Sunscreen" is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom at Destin, Florida. Budget friendly so that you can enjoy more on your family vacation. All of the comforts of home available to you in your home away from home.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This second floor condo is located just across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The kitchen has been updated with new granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Keurig and regular drip coffee makers are available. Large flat-screen TVs in all rooms and a DVD player in living room is available for your use. Smart TV in living room has Netflix and Hulu capabilities. The master room has a brand new smart LG tv with Hulu and Netflix. The bathrooms have new granite countertops. This particular beach condo is conveniently located at the back of the complex and offers playground views from the kitchen and front patio with easy access to the beach (less than a three-minute walk) and pools, shuffleboard, basketball courts, and tennis courts.

6 Beach chairs/ 1 beach umbrella/ cooler with wheels/ beach wagon are provided as well as beach toys and noodles. Just park your vehicle in your designated parking spot and walk up the stairs to the condo.

Pack and play provided, so one less thing to pack!

This condo does have reserved parking. Perfect view of the playground from the front porch to watch children play. Screened in back porch with full size washer and dryer included for your convenience.

Complementary wifi is included!

The only thing needed is beach towels.
(Bathroom towels provided!)

Family Getaway

We were very happy with our stay! Nice and clean. We loved the private beach and it was close enough to walk to several restaurants. Jamie was very attentive to our text messages. Jamie answered my questions accordingly. Would be happy to be able to stay there on our next family vacation.

Wonderful!

The unit was clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach and close to some great restaurants. The host, Jamie, was very easy to communicate with and also very pleasant. It's a quiet complex, but just a short distance from the busy shopping centers. It's a lovely unit and it was perfect for our summer getaway. I highly recommend!

Fun and affordable vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay. Thorough and easy communication with the owner made check-in a breeze. The unit was clean and well-stocked - we didn't need to get anything. This unit is in the back of the Chateau Del Mar II complex, nice and quiet but it's a little bit of a walk to the beach (took us about 7-8 minutes but we had 3 small kids with us). We especially appreciated having the wagon and beach gear/toys. Would definitely recommend.

Jaime was very kind and accommodating. The property was clean, comfortable and close to the beach. It was a 5 minute walk to the sand. The beach service was a great extra perk we enjoyed!! We would stay again if visiting Destin.

Second stay was just as good as the first!

This was our second stay at this property. Both times our experience has been amazing. Zero complaints. The property is in the perfect location and the owner truly makes her guests stay feel just like home. We will definitely return.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. It was close enough for us to walk to the beach every day. They had just finished building a new swing set right across the parking lot the day we arrived. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was amazing at communicating with me. Our family usually never revisits a vacation spot, just because we want to go and see new places, but we’re already planning our next trip. This house did it in for us. We can’t wait to come back.

Loved that condo was family oriented, it had everything you could need for the beach (chairs, toys, wagon). The beach service was nice but it was first come first serve-no reservations and it was included in price. We feel like the walk was more 5 mins-8 mins but still wasn’t bad. The owner was super nice and easy going. The decor was very cute.

Everything you need for a fabulous vacation!

The property was well furnished and bright and clean and had literally everything we needed for the perfect beach vacation for our family of five. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, many restaurants and the community pool. A great time was had by all!

Great condo.

We had four generations staying here, six total. What a great facility. Jamie, the owner, was available via phone when needed. Great host. Highly recommend anyone staying here. The fully screened in balcony was a godsend with two little ones. ❤️

Wonderful stay!

We had so much fun staying at this vrbo! Beautiful condo that’s super clean and spacious for a family. We loved the proximity to the pool and beach. My only complaint is that there’s no public bathrooms at the beach so I’d suggest renting a golf cart and driving down by the crab trap. They have a bar and public bathrooms on the beach! I also recommend kenny D’s for dinner which is walking distance. The host was wonderful and great with communication.

Great Location and Beach!

This is a Great Location and a wonderful Beach! Destin is a little busier than we realized but the beach was so worth it! A short walk from this fully-equipped condo to the ocean to enjoy the sunset every day, was just what I needed! The condo and the manager were very accommodating and it was wonderful!

Property and location was great! It had everything we needed and was a close walk to the beach. Owner Jamie was available for any questions and was responsive. If I had to pick a downside, we definitely paid more at the time of booking and when I looked again in November, the fall rate dropped significantly.

Nice Vacation Getaway

We really enjoyed our short vacation at this condo. It was a short walk to the beach. The home was fully stocked with Everything you could ever need!! The beds were comfy and the overall feel of the house made you think of home. It was also very affordable. Jamie, the property manager was Awesome and answered all questions promptly. We loved it!!

Bachelorette Trip

I took my future daughter in-law, daughter and 2 of my future DIL to Destin for a bachelorette trip. The condo was perfect. It was exactly as the pictures described it. Jamie, the owner, was wonderful. She made sure we had everything we needed. Any questions we had she answered very quickly. The condo was very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. If I ever go back I will definitely rent this one again.

The perfect family beach getaway

This property exceeded our expectations. The owner really thought about everything her guests might need, from a beach wagon and pool toys to coolers and chairs. Our family had a great visit. The private beach gate is right across the street from the condo entrance, making it easy for our family to walk back and forth throughout the day to let our toddler sleep. We definitely plan to return and rent this property again as soon as we can!

Summer vacation 2019

Very nice unit with literally everything you need for your stay! Very short walk to beach. Unit had many extras like cooler, beach wagon, pool noodles and beach toys! Beds were comfortable and unit updated and decorated beautifully!!! Will definitely stay again!

Family Vacation
