Originally from the East Coast, I've been in Northern CA since 2000. I love the Bay Area for its delightful climate, romantic Wine Country, fabulous restaurants and outdoor spotrs. I've been a CA Realtor and 5-Star Property Host for short/mid-term rentals for 15 years.
Why they chose this property
Exactly a 7 minute drive to both Napa and Yountville, this home is in the peaceful center of two fabulous towns, both loaded with world-renowned fine & casual dining options, gorgeous wineries and world-class cycling. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio, surrounded by blooming roses and hydrangea, while you witness hot air balloons floating above. It is a very dog-friendly neighborhood with lovely sidewalks where neighbors stroll by and often stop to chat and say hello.
What makes this property unique
Our home is NEWLY REMODELED with all new furniture, high-end appliances and kitchenware and an expansive garden & fenced yard with total privacy. The rose bushes and fruit trees are abundant (lemon, nectarine, pomegranite , avocado & fig trees). There's even a huge raised bed to plant your own veggies in, and watch the Napa soil work its magic.
