It is a new apartment for rent, very comfortable, cozy and beautiful. It has swimming pool and collective barbecue.
  Have private parking next to the apartment, and in the garage. The apartment is equipped with all amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, ... It has cable TV and Wi-Fi internet.
Is located in the most beautiful beach in the center of Portugal and next to the beach (30 meters). At 50 meters have supermarkets, restaurants, a surf school and an outdoor gymnastics center.
The "praia das Paredes da Vitória" is located 6 km from Nazaré beach, São Pedro beach and Pataias.

Lovely apartment. Great hosts with easy check in. Close to beach & some lovely restaurants/ take aways. 15 mins drive to nearest town. Recommended.

Paraje ideal. Playa divina.
La casa limpia y bien equipada zona tranquila pegada a la playa. Si hubiera que poner una pega seria que dos de las tres habitaciones son interiores, pero no nos hemos sentido agobiadas. La propietaria encantadora. Bien ubicada para ver Bathala, Nazareth y Leiria rango de 30 minutos . Sintra a 1 h y 30. Encantadas de la experiencia.

Stunning apartment
A stunning 5 star apartment with everything you could possibly need for your stay with parking right outside your door. Just a minutes stroll from a beautiful sandy beach and a variety of restaurants and bars. The property owner was extremely helpful and friendly.

vraiment très bien
nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce superbe appartement tout neuf et super équipé ! avec nos 2 enfants, chacun leur chambre, même si ce sont 2 pièce aveugles, aucune importance car ils n'ont fait qu'y dormir, ils ont pu profiter de leur salle de bain, et nous de la notre, juste à côté de notre chambre, qui elle possède une porte fenêtre donnant sur la grande terrasse. tout est fait pour qu'on se sente chez nous, et c'est réussi. Teresa est très sympathique, et très disponible en cas de besoin. pour se garer, il y a une place de parking privé, une place de garage fermé un peu plus loin, mais on peut facilement garer sa voiture devant l'appartement le soir venu. nous avons profiter de ce superbe pays qu'est le Portugal, l'appartement étant situé à mi chemin entre Lisbonne et Porto, beaucoup de sites sont accessibles à partir de ce lieu. Nazaré, Fatimà, Coimbra, Alcobaça...vraiment nous ne regrettons pas nos vacances. la plage de Paredes est juste devant, il n'y a qu'à traverser la rue, et elle est sublime. il y a même une rivière qui descend dans la mer, et qui est refaite chaque matin par un engin, pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants (on la voit sur une des photos). tout est à proximité en service en tout genre. un marché géant à Pataias tous les dimanches. bref, si on devait revenir, ce serait ici et pas ailleurs !

Vacances superbes
Appartement vraiment très bien. Très propre, fonctionnel avec tout le confort. Seul bémol, le manque de fenêtre dans les 2 chambres du fond, mais ça n'a pas posé de problème particulier. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mme BAGAGEM et elle était vraiment disponible en cas de besoin L'endroit est vraiment sympa, de très belles plages, de bons petits restaurants et Nazaré qui est très proche. Nous avons vraiment passé des vacances reposantes. Nous avons également fait connaissance de gens très sympas. Nous reviendrons sans soucis à Praia das Paredes.

O apartamento é grande e muito agradavel, totalmente equipado e com todas as comodidades. Está muito bem situado, é mesmo em frente à praia das Paredes. Passamos uma semana agradável, num local a repetir. Os nossos agradecimentos à proprietária, Teresa, com quem tivemos sempre uma excelente comunicação.

Fantastisch
Wir waren Ende Juni 2017 in Pataias und können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Sie liegt wirklich direkt am Meer. Man hat einen kleinen Spalt Meeresblick und von der Terasse aus sieht man den Horizont über die Häuser hinweg. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war modern und sauber. Das einzigste seltsame war, dass von den 3 Schlafzimmer nur 1 ein Fenster hatte. Die beiden anderen waren sehr dunkel und man konnte nur durch offene Türen lüften. War für uns kein großes Problem.(wir hatten die orangene Wohnung) Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Shop mit dem Nötigsten und frischem Obst und Gemüse. Für Großeinkäufe muss man in die nächste Stadt fahren. Der Strand ist in Portugal sehr sauber, kein herumliegender Müll. Der Pool war sauber aber roch stark nach Chlor. Es gibt eine Surfschule und Ende Juni war touristenmäßig nicht viel los. Der Strand war längst nicht überfüllt. Die Massen kamen nur sonntags und ab Anfang Juli. Vor der Wohnung lag leider eine noch recht stark befahrene Straße auf der schon früh morgens viel los war. :-/ Ansonsten können wir als abschließendes Fazit im Grunde nur sagen: der Urlaub war fantastisch und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist optimal. ;))

Superbe apppart avec bel equipement de qualite...linge fourni et menage aussi....mais l avons tout de meme fait..normal. La plage est proche ,magnifique et rassurante pour les enfants avec le rio dans lequel ils peuvent jouer et se baigner en toute securite.. restaurants, qq animations et alimentations proches. Supermarche a patais 5km. Un grand merci a teresa pour son extreme.gentillesse et sa disponibilite. Je recommande vivement ces 2 appartements.

Sitio muy muy tranquilo, playas espectaculares.
El apartamento está muy cerca de la playa, todo muy nuevo y limpio. Equipamiento de toallas y sábanas muy bien. Equipamiento cocina bien. ¿Una pega? dos de las habitaciones y los baños son interiores. La piscina es pequeña. La Playa da Vitória, donde se encuentra el apartamento, es un sitio pequeño, tranquilo y limpio, ideal para familias. Las playas son extraordinarias. Hay pueblos cercanos muy bonitos como Nazare o Sao Pedro de Moel con su faro Do Penedo Da Saudade. Nos ha resultado una estancia muy agradable. A resaltar la amabilidad que hemos encontrado en la gente de Portugal Gracias Teresas por tu interés en que estuviésemos cómodos. Un saludo.

superbe appartement très bien équipé et bien entretenu juste en face de la mer proche de restaurants avons passés un séjour agréable. Térésa la propriétaire est trés gentille nous la remercions. une location a recommandée. Mme RISI et Mr PAIXAO
