100m2 house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. Oriented South West. Lawn in front of living room and veranda with automatic watering. Air-conditioned house located in a neighborhood 1.5 km from the beach and the city center. The village of Sanary is a fishing village and is very touristy. Many activities are possible in the evening with the craft market, fireworks, various free shows offered by the town hall. The house is located 5km from Fregate golf course for golfers.

Good for most people

Correspondence & check in with Jeannine & her son Ronan was perfect. Home was a bit more dated than expected but was spotless. Kitchen area quite small, work surfaces a bit cramped if you wanted to cook meals etc. This is just my opinion, I’m sure, not everyone would agree. Garden rather small, outdoor dining was adequate, if you like to recline in the sun, area with sunbed was rather restricted. The only thing that curtailed my stay (again, this was due to my health problems, nothing to do with owner) Was the busy road behind the house/garden. The fumes were quite over powering and really made my asthma allergy quite uncomfortable. I am sure this property would suit most people. There are a few bars, not a large variety of restaurants (that we found) in Sanary-sur-mer. Not really walking distance, a car would be quite essential.

Sejour à Sanary

Séjour tres agreable dans une maison charmante, très propre et climatisée. Hôte vraiment très sympathique et très accueillante(notre petit chien était le bienvenu). Im Inserat stand : das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse. Das stimmt… aber direkt hinter dem Haus/ Grundstück ist eine Hauptstraße! Draußen sitzen war unmöglich wegen der Lautstärke!

Maison idéale pour deux couples souhaitant leur autonomie. Situation calme, proche du centre de Sanary et de Bandol. Agréable véranda, emplacement facile pour deux voitures à l'intérieur de la propriété. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis. Je recommande cette location.

Très bon séjour dans une maison bien équipée et bien localisée . Accueil très gentil. Deux chambres avec leur salle de bain pouvant accueillir deux couples en indépendance . On reviendra !

Comme chez soi avec le sud en plus !!!

Maison ou il ya tout ce qu il faut pour se sentir a l aise, elle est très très confortable, agréable a vivre, jardin terrasse veranda 2 chambres 1 sdb et 1 salle de douche ..Jeanine est accueillante et sympathique. De la maison on est tres vite au port de Sanary en voiture. Une adresse a conseiller pour sûr. A très bientôt sans oublier le petit bandol ;)

Illuminations du port de Sanary magnifiques

Très bonne expérience. Maison agréable et confortable et très bien équipée. Idéal pour deux couples avec deux vraies chambres et deux salles de bains et wc. Malgré le mauvais temps et le couvre-feu, nous avons pu admirer les illuminations de Noël du port de Sanary et c'est magnifique. A voir.

More, much more than we expected

This is an absolute lovely property and the photos don't do it justice. First, it was a nice welcome from the owners who showed us the property and gave us a bottle of Bandol Rose wine from their winery. It was very good. What a treat! This property is located in a very nice neighborhood and we felt safe there. The house is tastefully decorated throughout in a grey and white theme with interesting art work and modern furniture in the living room (upgrade since the photo was taken) It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great lighting in all the rooms, sliding glass doors for easy access to a lovely garden with a wood fire grill, patio table and chairs on the terrace and lounge chairs. There are 3 flat screen TV sets (bedrooms and living room) with international channels BBC, CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg. The WiFi works great. The washer and dryer were very handy. Sanary-sur-Mer is a lovely seaside town and there is easy access to the freeway to explore the coast. We were there seven days and it went too quickly. We would not hesitate in renting this property again.
