Ocean City Maryland Condo, ocean side 50 steps to the beach! On 7 40th Street

Ocean City 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with Living room, dining room combo, a full galley kitchen, washer & dryer. Bedroom Queen bed sleeps 2, Pull out couch queen sheets needed sleeps 2 more people & there is a fold up roll away bed that can sleep 1 person. I also have a blow up mattress. Balcony at the entrance & off the bedroom. Central Air conditioning, cable, WI-FI, TV with DVD player and ROKU. Microwave, dishes, plates, silverware, glassware, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, pots pans, pillows, top covers provided.
50 steps to the beach, ocean side, across the street from the Convention center. Located on 7 40th Steet. NO PETS, No Smoking in the unit. Can smoke on the balconies. Front and back balcony.
Parking space is right near the stairs for easy unpacking! Everything you need to make your vacation complete!

Great stay!

Great stay! Check in and check out process was super easy! Place was very clean and comfortable. Only complaint is noise from floor above room. They were constantly banging around on floor and where very loud talking an carrying on. Loved the beach location in front of place! Would stay again in future!

Perfect weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay here! Very short walk to the beach and a short drive to the Boardwalk. We also walked to the 45th Street Taphouse and there were several other restaurants within walking distance. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. We appreciated that the kitchen had done basic supplies (spices, olive oil, etc…) We decided to cook a couple meals in and that was definitely helpful. We also played a couple of the games available. While the parking spot is super convenient, we struggled at first to park/ fit our car in that angle but after a little practice, we were parking like champs! Overall everything was better than anticipated and we hope to stay there again!

Comic-con

We stayed here for the local comic-con. It was the perfect location because the Roland E. Powell Convention Center was directly across the street. The place itself was clean and comfortable.

Cute, clean, comfortable and quiet. Will stay again. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

We came in for the oceans calling festival (which did not disappoint) and this place was perfect. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and we just used the bus to tool around.

Nice Getaway

The location of the condo is great as it is just a few steps from the beach and across the street from the convention center. Unfortunately, the weather during our trip was not very good so we didn’t get to spend much time on the beach except a quick walk the first morning we were there. We took the opportunity to visit Berlin and Salisbury which was nice and did enjoy a nice afternoon walking the boardwalk. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was great. This was our second time staying here but we were disappointed to find the level of cleanliness was not up to the same standards we experienced during our first stay. For instance, the coffee pot was not cleaned and there was water pooled in the shower niche and sand in the corners of the shower. I also had to do a quick dusting of the bed and end tables. Overall, we enjoyed our time away even with the bad weather.

Great Location Near Beach and Convention Centre

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in Jen's condo. We were there for a dance competition and the convention centre was less than a 5 minute walk away. The proximity to the beach was amazing. We used the fold away bed and air mattress for our two kids as the pull out couch isn't super comfy to sleep on but other than that this place was great for our family.

Great spot by the beach

This place literally is only a few feet from the beach, which is fantastic and is located in a section of Ocean City that is busy but not as busy as the south end. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay more. Our only negative would be that the mattress on the pull-out couch has seen better days and is pretty uncomfortable. But besides that, would definitely stay there again!

Amazing stay

3 night family stay 2 adults 2 kids 10 and 13. First time to OC. Jen's rental has everything you would need. It is immaculately kept and if by chance you did have a concern, your response time would be instant. Some reviews mentioned tight fit parking, I own a larger suv, Highlander, and we were able to back in just fine. Just grab the parking pass from the folder!So close to the beach, down the stairs and you are there! Amazing sunrises- set your alarm it is worth it. If you have kids, grab some boogie boards and you have 12 hours of fun set, the waves are so fun! The beach is clean, the lifeguards are kind. If you are active, you can walk the beach to the boardwalk, it's about 20 minutes to pick up on 28th st. Roundtrip for a morning run to the start of the boardwalk and back was around5.5 miles. Or parking is simple, you can use a meter or pay $10 for a boardwalk lot. Walked to restaurants and shops each night. Driving home now and kids are already asking to go again! I think 3-4 nights would be ideal to stay and get a feel for ocean life. Thanks for the memories!

Wonderful condo!

This was such a lovely stay for us. The condo was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Close enough to be near the fun of Ocean City but also in a more relaxed area. I would definitely recommend!

Great place close to beach with good location

Nice 1 bedroom condo with parking, a little tight in the parking garage just 1 floor down. Seems to be recently renovated and has all appliances needed. Would stay here as it was quiet and convenient. Owner was very responsive and actually reached out to let us know it was ready for us to stay earlier in the day.

Great beachside condo steps from the beach

Stayed at the owners 40th Street condo with the wife and 3 kids (all age 6). The place is clean, neat and had all you need to enjoy the stay. The bed is comfortable, pull out worked great for the kids, Roku provided us the kids shows while we cooked. It’s up to date, well stocked and again, just steps to the beach. We will return. The owner is very friendly and responds to your questions immediately. There is parking under the condo and right outside of it. We went late June and parked off street, no problem. Had the assigned parking spot in the pocket. The pictures are accurate, the place is up to date, clean, owner very nice/responsive. Rent it.

Born and raised in Maryland. Growing up our family vacations were Ocean City every summer with family. I have great memories from childhood of this beautiful city. There is so much to do. Mini golfing, visiting the boardwalk for rides and the arcade are among my favorites. I enjoy taking walks when I visit and love the local restaurants!

Why they chose this property

I put a lot of love into renovating this home so that you can enjoy it. I have games & coloring books for the little ones that visit. The condo is located across from the Convention Center so is a great for families that have kids in sports or Cheerleading to stay for their competitions. We are not too far from the boardwalk. It's a quick ride! And the restaurants are amazing near by! Close to Jolly Rogers amusement park, about 9 streets away from Seacrets and other local bars/restaurants! I think you will enjoy your stay!
