Gorgeous views of the Gulf and white sandy beaches greet you from the living room balcony and bedroom of this 1 bedroom 1 Bathroom Unit. This unit is located in the gated community of Carillon Beach at Pinnacle Port on the quiet west side of Panama City Beach. With fresh new paint, new flooring and decor, this unit is tastefully decorated in soothing natural colors. This one level condo is just steps to the pristine beach. This condominium can sleep up to 4 people, is located in mid-rise building B2, and has all of the amenities of home. The Kitchen will provide ample space to prepare your family meals. Next to the kitchen is a dining area that seats 4. You will find this unit perfect for couples or a family getaway! The living room has plenty of seating with flat screen TV, DVD player, and queen sized sleeper sofa bed. The spacious bedroom features a Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of storage space. The full bath is complete with a tub/ Shower. Other amenities of this unit include a washer and dryer and complimentary wifi.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Contacted security Tony came over and had difficulty with it also. Finally he got the mechanical master key and gave us 2 keys for the mechanical lockThen a/c was out for most of 2 days. Then tropical storm/hurricane looked as if it was coming our way. So we decided in our best interest and safety to.leave 4 days earlier. So we wasnt stranded and stay out of way of harm's way. I went to.office to request a refund for those 4 days and they declined too give it to us. My wife and I have been coming to the same place for 25 to 30 years, plus our daughter and her family have been there several times. Is this the way you treat a loyal customer? Very disappointed. Dont plan on coming back again.

There were dishes left in the dishwasher, trash on floor behind BR trash can, empty beer bottle on the balcony. Can’t complain about the air issues, because we were informed in advance of that. However, with the portable AC in the BR and 2-3 fans going and all curtains staying closed, the temp never went below 77. We ended up leaving to drive home at 11 pm on our last night. The only update this unit appeared to have was a new vinyl floor throughout. The musty smell in the unit permeated everything we brought home.

So close to the beach!
This is a very nice place! The view is gorgeous with easy access to the beach - that was amazing! There were beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet that we weren’t expecting - but the umbrella is completely unusable and the chairs could use updating (rusty, at least one didn’t sit upright). The fridge worked well, the washer / dryer was handy, and the room was nicely appointed. The bed was comfy and the water pressure was nice. The TV in the main room had no sound - that’s noted in several reviews - the settings had to be reset every time the tv was turned on. The condo is cooled by a semi-portable AC unit in the bedroom; It’s very loud (which didn’t bother us).

The A/C for the entire complex went out on Monday July 4th. We left on Thursday July 7th and still no A/C. 3 1/2 days with no A/C and we got a $230 refund. That's a joke. Very very disappointed!

Relax & Restore at Pinnacle Port

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was well maintained and beautifully decorated with an amazing 2nd floor view of the pristine gulf. We appreciated the "Welcome Guest" binder that listed maps, restaurants, coupons, attractions, etc. - very helpful. Swimming in the gulf and visiting nature's opening from the inlet to the gulf, restored our soul and feeling of health after a long COVID reprieve from vacationing. The office staff made checking-in and out very easy. On our last night there was some commotion on the beach with fireworks and loud cheers around 10 or 11 pm. We were impressed with how quickly security responded and restored the peace and quiet. Will come back again and again.
