Our boutique style condo complex is located in the exclusive section of Aruba, near Palm Beach and Arashi Beach. This luxurious and spacious 1 bedroom Aruba condo is located 1/2 mile from the Marriott hotel beaches and the high rise hotels and Tierra Del Sol 18 hole championship golf course.
The truth is All units are the same size and we ALL have view of the pool and we ALL provide same amenities like beach chairs, towels, coolers and inside information about restaurants and attractions.
Our ground floor unit is located right next to the waterfall
It is fully renovated with a beautiful kitchen and spa like bathroom, as shown on the pictures.
The courtyard is true tropical oasis with a winding 80 feet swimming pool with its very own waterfall, palm trees, tropical gardens, gazebo, dining area, BBQ, and lots of warm breezes, bright sun and blue skies. It’s absolutely beautiful here morning, noon, and night!
Stay once and you won’t ever want to stay anywhere else.
The condo is fully furnished and elegantly decorated in a soft neutral tones featuring big screen TV with Nextflix and brand new bedroom. Has a living room with furniture, spa like bathroom with 6 feet walk-in shower. See pictures.
It provides all the comforts including a stocked kitchen with granite counter-tops, full size fridge, gas stove and oven, very comfortable king size bed, open concept with balcony overlooking the pool.
It also includes TV, in the living room.
Beach chairs and cooler to bring with you to the beaches.
This fabulous condo is located very close to beaches, the California Lighthouse, golfing, casinos, shopping, cinemas, fine dining and just about every water sport imaginable. The complex is very safe and very private. Of the 26 luxury units, most are owned as vacation homes by Canadians, Americans, or Dutch.
We provide great accommodations and everything you need to make your stay in Aruba enjoyable. Upon reserving, we will supply you with maps, directions and even a list of the Top 10 restaurants in Aruba. It includes all the “must see” attractions.
