Beautiful Ocean Front Cottage with Gorgeous Views - On the Beach! Beachfront!

Welcome home to High Tide B! We have owned High Tide since late 2014 and it has been our pleasure to host guest from all over the country at this beautiful property.

Unit B of the High Tide is a 2 Story Condo with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. It offers incredible ocean views as well as convenient access to all of the island's most popular restaurants and attractions. This property is located on the beach with a private lawn out front for sunning, grilling and dining. If you tire of lounging on shaded porches or walking on the beach, a short ten minute walk will find you at the village where you can enjoy a number of restaurants and enjoy a stroll down the famous Saint Simons Pier - you may even spot a big catch being reeled in! A walk in the opposite direction will take you to the famous island restaurant duo Crab Daddy's & Crab Trap.

The first floor of Unit B is one bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a full kitchen, dining area, living room and a porch off of the living room that leads directly to the lawn and beach. The master and second guestroom are both located on the second floor, along with two en-suite bathrooms and laundry room. There is another porch located off of the master that looks out over the ocean.

All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions and the house is wi-fi enabled.

The High Tide complex is a 3 unit condominium with separate entrances and porches for each unit. While High Tide B is a stand-alone unit, it can be combined with Unit A & the Penthouse to serve as the perfect location for reunions, corporate retreats, family vacations and gatherings.

Parking: Unit B includes TWO parking spaces. Street and public parking and cannot be guaranteed.

Ryan Saunders, our property manager, takes excellent care of our guest and lives right around the corner. Like any good neighbor he is only a phone call away should you need anything to make your stay more comfortable.

Gorgeous property

Loved everything about this property . Small issues that would never hamper our decision to stay here again but worth noting - some work to get luggage and supplies into the house as the elevator is only for use with the penthouse . There was a family with small kids staying in the penthouse and we heard all of their stomping .

Location, Location, Location

Beautiful rental, exactly as pictured, well maintained and clean with everything you need and more! The kitchen was well stocked, each bedroom has its on en-suite bathroom with lots of towels, the beds are comfy with plenty of pillows, too. Perfect location as well, sits right on the beach which is precisely why I chose this property so my elderly mother didn’t have far to walk. This home is only a few minutes away from the village and great restaurants. Although there were only three of us, there is plenty of room for a larger group. Ryan is so nice, very helpful, and always available if you need anything. We had a mishap with a blender and Ryan went right away and brought us a new one. We loved everything about the house and host and will definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The location was amazing and the home was perfect. When traveling it’s often the little things that get forgotten but not at this home. They thought of everything! Following are just a few things we appreciated: Lots of like new Fluffy towels, Good sheets on beds,Extra toilet paper and trash bags ,Very well stocked kitchen, Coffee pods, Beach chairs, Beach towels, Like new furniture, very clean, Very nicely decorated, On site parking - 2 spots, Wonderful ocean views, Laundry detergent/ dryer sheets, Liquid hand soap in all bathrooms, Double sinks in master bathroom, the list goes on and on! The manager, Ryan was very attentive and helpful. Do not pass this place up. You will love it as much as we did!

Excellent experience meets excellent location

Often, you get an outstanding host OR a great location. Here, we got it all. The beach is a few steps away, if you can bring yourself to leave the balconies. There are three large balconies, two of which allow amazing views of the sun and moon rise over the ocean. The house is very clean, well-appointed/furnished. There are thoughtfully generous supplies one doesn’t often experience (kitchen/bath soaps, TP, lawn chairs, beach towels etc.) The host is outstanding - very helpful. We really enjoyed our two weeks here and look forward to returning. Thank you!

Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at High Tide. It was a great location and the condo right on the beach. The accommodations couldn’t have been better! Ryan was so accommodating, great communicator and just a great guy. I highly recommend staying here. We are already looking at dates for our girls trip next year. We definitely hope to stay at High Tides again.

Beautiful property & great local

Fantastic views of the beach, well kept property, full equipped kitchen, comfy beds, lots of extras like beach towels and chairs, etc. Would come back again! We had an amazing stay and occasionally saw dolphins in the distance from the back deck. It was great having such easy access to the beach.

Beautiful place and awesome host

This property was so perfect for our family and our time there. Everything about this house is amazing, from the views, the rooms, the beds, the bathrooms, everything was exactly what we wanted. This unit is spacious and well appointed! Conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. Great beach walk. Good Parking. Only downside was the unit above which you could her the renters walking and moving about. Otherwise EXCELLENT VRBO!

This condo on the beach was GREAT!!!! Way better than expected. The trip was 6 adults all over the age of 55. The location for walking, biking was great. I have stayed at several VRBOs over the years. This was one of the best! “Little” things that made a big difference: actual pump hand soap in kitchen and bathrooms, extra TP/papertowels/trash bags, nice pots/pans, well stocked kitchen, amazing location (on beach, walking distance to restaurants and light house), gorgeous views, comfy beds, absorbent towels. Ryan was responsive before and during trip. Can’t wait to book again!

Fabulous Family Stay!

The Hightide is wonderful. Lots of room to enjoy the magnificent views. Ryan is one of a kind manager… he is nearby and very professional and always in touch in case you need anything. He made our fabulous weekend at Hightide very special.
