This spacious three bedroom and four bath condo with exceptional amenities is the perfect setting for your next beach vacation. Comfortable places to sit fill the large living area, and you have access to a large flat screen television, DVD player, and a stereo system. The couch in living area is a beautiful queen sleeper sofa. Gourmet kitchen appliances accent the large chefs kitchen with breakfast bar.
There is a big formal table that offers plenty of seating for large families. A built-in wet bar has a sink and lots of glassware on the shelves. Dining on the tiled balcony, which has a table with six chairs, lets you enjoy meals and breath taking views of the beach and pool/lazy river views.
All three bedrooms have flat screen televisions and private bathrooms. Your master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, balcony access, and a luxurious bathroom with an extended vanity counter that has two sinks, a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, and a large step-in shower with glass panels. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and a full size bathroom with a combined tub and shower. In the second guest bedroom you have two queen-size beds, and a bathroom very similar to the previous one. The fourth full bathroom is accessible from the hallway and includes the laundry room.
This complex features an elevated parking garage. You can park on the 5th floor, so there is no need to use an elevator!

*IMPORTANT* Please be advised the lazy river and the west hot tub will be closed for maintenance and repairs beginning Monday, April 21, 2025 through Friday, May 2, 2025.

Excellent stay!

My stay was great! The condo was well equipped and clean. I had a question regarding the TV service and White Shores Realty, the property manager, sent someone out immediately and made sure the TV worked properly. While he was there, he checked other areas, lights etc. to make sure everything was in perfect working condition. I appreciated their service.

Winter Vacation

The property location is awesome. The property itself was good. If your tall and like firm mattresses this place is for you. Balcony has great views of the beach and gulf. We mostly spent out time on the patio playing dominos and listening to the surf. Property Manger requires a lot of extra stuff that I hadn't had to do with other properties. Maybe its something new with everyone. They didn't answer question specifically about the property such as what kind of coffee maker they have which is a regular brew pot, not a Keurig type maker.

September get away with friends

Toaster is broken. Towels and sheets could use updating. Only 3 odd wine glasses. Kitchen is not really equipped for very much cooking. Cutlery needs replacing. Very few cereal spoons. Wine cooler won’t cool below 47 degrees. Roach bug in hallway. A chair in the living room smelled smoky. 5th floor was good. Straight in from garage was very convenient. Other than these minor things, we enjoyed our trip.

Condo needs some updates,microwave over stove doesn’t work they have a very small one substituted for it,jets in tub in master bedroom don’t work,pillows on all beds flat and mattress on sofa sleeper very thin you feel the springs though it,but it does have a well stocked kitchen with nice pots and pans and dishes. Not sure we would stay in this condo again

Sure Not What I was use to at Phx West

The furniture in the living area smells really bad and needs to be changed out. Even the faux leather love seat was in bad shape. Needs a lot of TLC in this unit. Isn't not very well maintained. Not enough towels & wash clothes and they a lot of them were stained, they had to bring us a set of pots, we had to buy a can opener, smells bad & not very clean. We called housekeeping in because the extra linen that was there was dirty & full of sand, floors and pots were dirty, the pots weren't even washed. The hall Shower door was broken. Oh, let me not forget the front door doesn't close unless u pull or push it shut and it was open when we arrived. The building itself is run down. Not worth what it cost anymore.

In need of repairs

Location and complex were perfect. Condo needs work for the price we paid. One ceiling fan is noisy and one had a light that wouldn't turn off. The kitchen had a small microwave on the counter instead of the over the stove working. No ice maker by bar as in other Phoenix West condos. Dresser in primary had drawers that didn't stay on track. Living room furniture was worn out and stained. Will not recommend nor rent again.

Needs Work

Great place to stay….nice location and well equipped but this unit needs attention. Fans do not work (no remote controls in living area and master bedroom). Wine cooler broken. One of the bedroom mattresses needs replacing badly…light fixtures broken or need covers.

Quick stay with family

We enjoyed our stay very much. The weather didn’t cooperate with us very much for being able to get out on the beach but we had a beautiful view and plenty of room for everyone. The only downside is the tv in the master bedroom wouldn’t come on and the light in that room had to stay on for the ceiling fan to work.

Beautiful Stay

The stay was great. The housing was good, however they only provided one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, two trash bags and multiple lights in the house were out (master closet & fan light). Beach access and the pool were great. Over all we enjoyed our trip & we all had a lot of fun.

Overall property was good. Property and grounds very nice. Condo floors were not clean. Chaise lounge on porch was broken. Only 3 chairs on back patio. Unable to use TVs as no instructions. Wine cooler not working. Noisy ceiling fan in 3rd bedroom. Noisy dryer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Lazy river and beach were great!

Beautiful Place

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The property is so nice and the kids really enjoyed the pool area. My only complaint is there was no phone service inside the condo and no secure network to connect to. I could complete the work I had to complete because of the network issues.

Great vacation with friends

We had a great stay! The condo was great for our group. The kids loved the lazy river and slide! Pool seating is limited due to people saving chairs with towels. The wine fridge doesn’t work. Lounge chair on balcony is broken. Only 3 seats on the balcony but the kids didn’t mind sitting on the floor. This is a large complex but doesn’t feel overwhelming and accommodates high volume well.
