It is perfect loceted between beach and harbour. The flat has access to the pool. For us, everything was fine!

apparemment très bien situé au cap nous avons passé une semaine avec des amis. très bien équipés proches de tout luna park,boites de nuit,plage donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture tout se fait à pied… apparemment bien équipé la piscine et l’extérieur de l’appartement son top. Hôte très agréable je recommande

Super sejour

Très bonne accueil !! Logement très bien situé à proximité de toute activités ( mer centre ville port aqualand, luna parc.). Pas besoin de véhicule. Piscine ( entretenue et propre)en face du logement très appréciable !!

Accueil VIP, equipements et propreté au top

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'appartement est très propre, pratique et très bien équipé. Belle piscine juste à côté, proche de la mer, des activités et commerces. Nous conseillons cette location pour un séjour en famille.

Super séjour

L’appartement était top et très bien placé, proche de tous les commerces, de la plage... Dommage qu’il y est un peu de vis à vis au niveau de la terrasse sinon tout était parfait. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et à l’ecoute. Je recommande fortement cet appartement !!

Un magnifique séjour en famille

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) L'appartement est idéalement situé, 10 minutes à pied de la plage, 10 minutes à pied du port et des animations. Un arrêt de "Coche d'eau" (bus flottant) à la sortie de la résidence. La piscine commune mais réservée aux résidents située à 20m de l'appart a fait la joie des enfants. Plein de choses à faire sur le CAP et la région. La résidence reste proche de tout, mais n'est pas dérangée par le bruit de la fête foraine. De l'animation le soir et du calme le matin. Des commerces à toute proximité, idéal quand il manque un truc. (Supérette, pharmacie, boulangerie, fruits et légumes) L'appartement en lui même est parfait. Bien équipé, moderne, confortable, propre. Il ne manque rien. Les propriétaires sont très accessibles et très sympathique. Nous avons passé 15 jours, sans nous ennuyer une seule fois. Je garde cette adresse bien précieusement,

Appartement moderne . Fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé avec terrasse, salon de jardin, plancha. Idéalement situé , la voiture n est pas nécessaire . Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires.Nous nous souviendrons de notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir.A recommander !

Superbes vacances !

Super appartement, très bien situé et très fonctionnel. La terrasse permet de manger en terrasse ce qui est très agréable. La piscine est très proche et l'accès a pied a la mer est très facile. Je recommande vivement cette location ! Vous ne serez pas déçus !!!
