Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation home.
We are located just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village and with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and the train station.

Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at its finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This first-floor unit is in a twenty-one-unit, garden low-rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two-story buildings surrounded by a beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and bodyboards.

Carlsbad Weekend nd Getaway

GREAT STAY-AGAIN!

This was our third time staying at this property, in a different unit each time, and it definitely met our expectations. Although it rained almost every day, we were warm and comfortable in our immaculately clean apartment. The location can’t be beat, for walks along the beach or to the Village. We’ll definitely be back again!

Carlsbad is beautiful

We had a great time at the property, coming from Arizona the weather was perfect. My son and I had a great time in the pool, it was so convenient having the laundry and being so close to the ocean was great. We look forward to doing it again.

We will definitely be back

Check in was so smooth. Having the parking spot was fantastic. We were able to walk to breakfast and access the beach easily. The unit felt new and the finishes didn’t feel cheap. I love that they included a wagon in our unit, an umbrella, and beach toys. The walls are on the thin side but we slept just fine. It was such a great getaway and we are looking forward to coming right back here.

Labor Day Weekend Fun

This is the first time at this property and it was PERFECT for us! We loved the quick walk to the beach and downtown. The condo was really well stocked - beach chairs/ umbrellas and beach wagon. We also really appreciated the small touches of dish and laundry detergent and a well stocked kitchen with some spices and coffee. We will DEFINITELY be back- thanks for the great weekend!

Cozy and Convenient

I stayed here with just my 10 year old son, and myself. The location was perfect; walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, shops... The condo was cute and clean, the bed was so comfortable. There was no air conditioning, but plenty of fans to keep it comfortable. The pool was open, and we used it almost every evening. I used the laundry facilities multiple times, which was also clean. The staff around the complex , and the year round tenants, were kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Perfect Location

Condo was very clean and in a perfect location. We could walk everywhere. It was wonderful to have beach supplies provided. Street and train noise was a little loud but quieter after 9:00 pm. It was hot while we were there and the condo doesn't have AC so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect location

We have stayed at this rental twice. We love the property and location. Steps away from the beach. Located near tons of restaurants. The property owners are very responsible to emails. We will be returning next year!

Everything was good, but waiting on the room the day of our arrival. We were suppose to have the room at 4PM after a long week of travel. When we arrived the maid was cleaning the room, we had to come back once she was done...bummer!!
