New apartment in Biltmore Village - close to all Asheville has to offer

Brand new apartment in walking distance to Biltmore Village with many shops/eateries/breweries. The restaurants include, Moes Barbeque, Ruth Chris, Red Stagg Grill, TGI Fridays, Fig, Cantina, Wayside Grill, Corner Kitchen, Wellbred, Texas Roadhouse, Brueggers, Starbucks and some fast food choices too. Catawba, French Broad and Hillman, Forestry Camp, and Village Pub are breweries just a short walk from the apartment. We are minutes from the Biltmore Estate entrance and about a 5 minute drive to downtown Asheville. Our location is convenient to all Asheville has to offer. This new addition/apartment is connected to our primary residence but separated by 6 ft hallway/double doors for privacy/security and completely separate entrance. We are available if you need us, otherwise we keep to ourselves. The apartment is approximately 600 sq ft, very spacious with vaulted ceilings. We provide pretty much everything you would need for a long weekend or a month if you prefer. We do provide starter toilet paper, laundry detergent etc, but additional supplies needed are the responsibility of the guest. An added note...we do the cleaning ourselves so to be certain the space is as clean as we would want for ourselves. We take pride in our cleanliness.

Asheville weekend retreat

We enjoyed the property and neighborhood. It worked very well for our one week, stay. Beautiful accommodations and nothing was missing that we needed. The neighborhood and property are quite hilly, but we didn't find it to be a problem.

This vacation rental was simply wonderful! There were so many welcoming touches…cold beverages, paper products, bathroom/laundry extras, etc. The rental was super clean and comfortable. It felt like home!

Great weekend retreat in Asheville, NC

This property is well appointed, very clean, and in an awesome area if you are going to visit the Biltmore Village or Estate when you are in Asheville. Even though the property was built or renovated more than 5 years ago, it seemed virtually band new. The property owners were very friendly and ensured the stay was exceptional. The fact that it was easy walking distance to Biltmore Village made it extremely easy to walk to places for meals. Highly recommend this to any one or couple looking for a place to stay in Asheville, NC.

Totally comfortable

This home felt just right for my husband and me. We were going to The Biltmore, some local hikes, and downtown for dinner and the location was very convenient. I always appreciate natural light in a bathroom. The high window (privacy but still light) was nice and the vanity was not tiny and cramped like some small bathrooms. All comfortable.

Best experience with a rental we have ever had! We'll be back!

What a wonderful little apartment! It's very spacious and clean. The natural lighting is beautiful and it's nice and quiet. We felt very at home and had everything we needed. I actually like their mattress better than our own and the pillows were nice and soft. There were plenty of towels for our stay and they even left some supplies for us! The owner was always very quick to reply though they were never needed, because their instructions were so detailed. Absolutely loved staying here!

PERFECT

Perfect place for a couple. Walking distance to local coffee spots and Biltmore Village. Downtown is not far at all. The mornings you can hear a variety of birds singing and it’s just so beautiful. The owners are awesome and respond quickly with answers. I will be back!

Lovely cozy spot

Great location, walkable neighborhood in Biltmore village. Great porch with rockers. Comfortable with everything we needed. Great hosts. So much to do in Asheville but the Biltmore gardens were the highlight for us on this trip.

Our Tree Top Adventure

Everything was very clean and attractive. We were a little early at check-in. The owner was in the yard and allowed us to go in. We are 65+ so the steps were a little challenging, but being able to sit out on the porch was so nice when the weather was good. It is within walking distance of Biltmore Village. The owners, Jim and Teri, were excellent hosts.

I grew up in Asheville and Jim has lived in Asheville most of his life. We bought our home in 1984, it is an older home with much charm (built in 1926).
We started our family here and have raised our daughters and now granddaughters here too, they all live close by. The mountains of Western North Carolina are so beautiful, we couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Now we've added on to share.
