We arrived to the property after driving 6 hours. We message the owner for the key 20 minutes before check in and he said that there was a "glitch" and my trip was cancelled because the property was booked in January before I had rented it.
Overall, nice and peaceful cabin that's within 20 minutes to just about everywhere. Cleanliness left a little to be desired. 1) Live roach found in main floor bath tub: Woods, acknowledged. 2) Non-functioning refrigerator sitting on deck. 3) Broken rim off clear drinking glass in hot tub found after wife cut herself. 4) Crusty frying pan with loose handle. 5) Air filter nasty (Beware allergy/asthma sufferers). 6) Upper picture windows scuzzy. 7) Trash seen on cabin slope left by previous occupants (cups, bottles, paper, plastic, etc.). Renter tips: Bring your grill or grill liners. Grill liners sold out up here. Bathrooms do not have ventilation fans: Steamed mirrors and temporary odors (spray air freshener was available at cabin).

Disliked: Location
It was ok
Nothing special but was a place to stay. Sort 9f overpriced for what it was and definitely not a place to go to in bad or winter weather for sure.

Nice Quiet Cabin
This is a great quiet cabin. The paved road leading up the mountain is a little sketchy the first time up. But, all in all gets easier the more times that you do it. The hot tub was amazing to come home to after a long day out. Communication from the home owner definitely needs improvement that's my only complaint. Will is a great host and went out of his way to fix any problem that we had. I'd definitely stay here again.
Our group had a great time. We did find parking was limited and the driveway was very steep.
Will is very helpful and answered all communications very quickly. We saw plenty of bears and had a great time.

The communications is excellent but there not clean , pan and pouts is not good condition for cooking because Teflon contaminated the food , the dining table is broken and sofas too
Wonderful location! The driveway up is not for the faint of heart but once you get up there, you won’t want to leave. Nice cabin!

Nice cabin, great communication
Very nice small cabin with some particularities that should be made clear. I will preface this review with the fact that it was our first time in a cabin.
The top bedroom is open and offers very little privacy from the living room area downstairs. The kitchen did not have salt/pepper or clean pots/pans-- we ended up having to purchase our own. There were also no tools to use the bbq that required coal. The fireplace was not usable to make s'mores. There were no instructions to use the TV. Most importantly, there were more than a dozen yellow jackets inside the cabin. With our small infant it was far from ideal.
That being said, it was a nice cabin and the owner was extremely helpful. We had a great time.

Wonderful trip!
Our stay was wonderful! The cabin was clean, neat, not cluttered and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The cabin was just minutes from the main road to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but yet you felt the coziness of woods and seclusion while at the cabin. The cabin offered no view, but it was quiet and peaceful. The only thing that did scare me was the narrow road to the cabin once you entered the gated area and the fear of meeting someone on the road and not having enough space to pass. I’m sure this is normal for the mountain region and we were not accustomed to that kind of road. However, we had no issues. Overall our stay was wonderful!!

Great,,,
This really was a great location, far enough from town but not too far if you needed to go pick something up. The cabin was clean, even smelled brand new!!! The kitchen had all the essentials if you wanted to stay in for the evening and cook. (Even a wine bottle opener). We will return. The owner is responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Great and spacious cabin!!!
The cabin was so lovely and clean, it had a real cozy vibe and you couldn’t ask for better hospitality. Seriously, if your looking for somewhere to stay in the smokies you need to stay here. Comfy beds and furniture, great view of the mountains from the porch/deck! We loved how this place was off to itself, but minutes away from Gatlinburg. It really was the best of both worlds!

Quiet Retreat
This is a beautiful cabin that is secluded but only minutes from the attractions and Gatlinburg. It’s laid out nice and has a hot tub on the deck (although we didn’t have time to use it). The entrance to the property is gated which is nice.

Lovely cabin
We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was clean and in a peaceful mountain setting yet minutes to all the attractions. William was very responsive to questions we had before and during our trip. We hated to leave—a week wasn’t long enough!

Beautiful and clean cabin, private and peaceful location.
We loved our stay at Naughty by Nature. We didnt have any issues with the owner or the cabin, everything worked! Hands down one of the best family vacations we have been on. We will certainly be back in the near future and will be recommending this place to everyone we know.
