About this property

Small house near the sea - 70m²

Old caretaker's house transformed into a cottage for 4 people, located 350 m from the beach, in the city center close to shops, market and restaurants.
On the ground floor: A large living room with on one side a sitting area with sofa, flat screen TV and on the other the fully equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, grill -bread, hob and vacuum cleaner. A washing machine is available outside the house.

Upstairs 2 small bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed and another with 2 80x200 beds. A bathroom with bath, wc, heated towel rail and hairdryer. Large cupboards and a small storage space on the landing.

Linen is provided: sheets, duvet cover, hand towels, table napkins, tea towel.

The whole house is equipped with WIFI.

Ideal house for a family with 2 children.

Non-smoking house, animal friends are not allowed.

The garden is shared with the villa, provision of deckchairs and table for meals.

Un très beau gîte

Au coeur de Villers, dans un espace magnifique. A 100 mètres des commerces et 300 mètres de la plage. Propriétaire adorable. Un très bon séjour dans une adorable maison de vacances.

Wir haben 1 Woche in diesem sympathischen Häuschen verbracht. Es stimmte alles. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Vom Haus aus kurze Wege zum Bäcker, einem kleinen Supermarkt, mehreren Restaurants und nicht zu vergessen einem sehr schönen Strand.

Leuk huisje in het centrum en vlakbij de zee.

Hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in. Villers sur Mer. Fijn huisje met fijne tuin. Enige minpuntje vonden wij dat er weinig servies (kopjes) en pannen zijn. Verder was het prima!!

Location idéale pour 4 personnes, à 2 pas du centre ville et de la plage.

Maison très agréable, sachant que nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants (3 et 5 ans). Salon cuisine au RDC, 2 chambres et SDB à l'étage avec grand placard. Possibilité pour les enfants de jouer dans le jardin clos de la propriété. Au niveau de la situation, c'est l'hypercentre : on trouve à 100m une boulangerie, une boucherie, un primeur. La plage est à 2 pas. Très bon accueil, je recommande cette location.

Excellent séjour

Le séjour à été parfait. La location est très bien située, très proche du centre-ville et de la plage. Elle dispose d'un très grand jardin, idéal pour les petits enfants. Nous remercions la propriétaire pour son accueil très chaleureux.

Prima!

Uitstekende vakantie gehad in nieuw compleet huis. Zelfs voor een voorraad wc papier, plastic zakjes en keukenrol was gezorgd. Gedeelde tuin hebben wij niet als probleem ervaren. Leuke en mooie omgeving, veel lopend te doen. In overleg kon de auto op het eigen terrein staan, anders in de straat.

Séjour très agréable

Super localisation! Logement propre et conforme aux photos. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin partagé pour prendre nos petits-déjeuners au soleil. Le seul petit bémol; le fond de maison et la vaisselle sont un peu juste. Nous recommandons ce logement !
