This beautifully decorated condominium (#157) is on the 5th floor in Building #1, which is Mainsail Resort's closest building to the beach. This spacious condo, occupies 2 floors and has the rare quality of providing privacy for adult couples, with two master suites on separate floors, each having their own walk-out balcony. Both have fantastic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The 3rd bedroom has the ability to sleep 4, and a "top of the line" queen size sofa bed adds two more if needed. The perfect getaway for two or more couples or for families needing plenty of sleeping accommodations (10). The Mainsail Resort in Destin is the perfect vacation destination, providing you with 24-hour gated security, nearby shopping at the Silver Sands designer outlet mall, golf courses and every kind of beach activity, including para-sailing and chartered deep-sea fishing. Beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella provided daily at no extra charge.
The Mainsail Resort is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and boasts two pools,(1 heated) and additional large pool complex, complete with waterfall, kiddie pool and hot tub. Mainsail features workout and game rooms, tennis courts and shuffle board. Other family attractions close by include Putt-Putt Golf, Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Gulfarium and the Track Amusement Park. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, ice cream parlors and great restaurants. The balcony views were perfect every morning with coffee. Even though you’re 7 units back from the ocean it feels like you’re right on it with the way the building is designed. Plenty of space for the family to spread out. Beach service was great

Condo was very spacious, could have used a bit of cleaning (coffee pot for sure) and the upstairs was much warmer than downstairs , it seemed the air conditioner wouldn’t get cooler than 73 upstairs. But overall the condo and location was great for our family of 7, plenty of room.

This condo has the perfect location on Miramar Beach. The condo is situated in Building 1 of the Mainsail resort and is located directly off the elevator on level 5. The pool and beautiful beach are easily accessible.

This condo is in a perfect location. We didn't want to leave and the kids are talking about going back next year. A bathroom for every bedroom is really nice with a family. The property manager was always on top of communication both before and during our trip. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Fantastic Vacation
Took my grandchildren and daughter on a mini vacation. We had a great time. The kids enjoyed having their own bathroom. The beach and two options for swimming pools was a great hit as well.

Lovely, relaxing vacation!
It was so beautiful! The view is spectacular and relaxing! Although it is a condo, it was private and spacious! We had two 5yo’s with us and we were able to keep them entertained between the beach, pool and condo! Additionally, the owners allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled time due to getting in town earlier than we expected. This is beach front and the water was absolutely breath taking. We had so much fun creating family memories! Thank you!

Wonderful Fall Break Stay!
This condo was perfect for our family fall getaway! We enjoyed the quiet gated community which is located convenient to many restaurants and shops. The condo is also perfect for getting to the pool or beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were also great! The condo was clean, beds were comfy, and it was well stocked with towels and miscellaneous supplies (the best I've seen in any of my stays- paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) though you'll still want to bring some extras. We will definitely look to stay here again!

The elevator is outside your door. A very short walk to boardwalk to beach. Pool was also close to the room. It's very well maintained. Even in August, the water was not too warm.

Our family of 6 stayed here Aug 20-23. We have been to the area many times and stayed at many condos! Mainsail is definitely one of our favorites. The condo had plenty of room and the location on the beach is perfect. The beach service included was a great bonus. You are within walking distance to The Dollar General, Alvin’s Island and Chick Fil A just to name a few. The outlet mall is across the street. Our family will definitely be back!!! Thank you!!

Awesome!
This ranks right up there with one of our favorite spots ever! We enjoyed this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo; it has a very spa-like atmosphere. Each room had a television and a bathroom, which was great for our family. The boys enjoyed skim-boarding at the beach, playing at the pools, tennis courts, and just walking around the complex. I especially enjoyed being so close to the grocery store and shopping, we could walk anywhere. Thanks for sharing your wonderful condo with our family...we will definately be back!

Perfection!
We have stayed in many places in Destin, but this was our favorite! The condo had the perfect amount of space for us-- 4 adults, 3 toddlers and 1 infant--and was well-stocked. The pictures actually didn't do the place justice! We loved the floor to ceiling windows in the 2-story living area, and the 2 masters each with their own balcony--perfect! Location is fantastic--such a great stretch of beach, and very convenient to restaurants and shopping (Winn Dixie is literally across the street, too!) We loved breakfast at Another Broken Egg, seafood at Dewey Destin's, dinner at Graffiti in Baytowne Wharf--where the kids loved riding the carousel :) We ended up staying an extra day because we were having such a great time, and Sue was very accessible and communicative. We would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spring Break
My kids and I come to Miramar Beach every other year for Spring Break. This was by far our favorite place we have stayed in all our years coming to the area. Along with my two teenagers, my best friend and her teenaged son came on this trip as well. I can’t say enough about how fantastic the condo’s setup is for two families. The two primary bedrooms (both with ocean view balconies!) were a huge draw, and the third bedroom was perfect for kids who wanted their own space (and bathroom). The location of the room was great; we had no trouble parking, and it was a short walk to the building. The condo is right in front of the elevator, stairs, and trash chute, which we appreciated for convenience’s sake. Access to the beach was easy, with the boardwalk at the end of the building. The beach was beautiful, and we loved not having to drag our own umbrella and chairs with us. The kids are already asking if we can stay here again our next trip, so we will definitely be back! Thank you, Sue, for a great vaca!

Fantastic Family Spring Break Location!
This property was the perfect set-up for our family during our spring break travels. There were two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and one other bedroom that worked great for the kids. The apartment itself was clean and furnished well. We cooked a lot of meals at the property and were not missing anything - though some items had been put away dirty (not a problem - you just wash it again). There was a washer/dryer in the kitchen that worked well to keep us going for our week-long stay. Some things to note: - There are TWO pools, one hot tub, and one kiddie pool on site. The pool located at the main complex is unheated, and that's where you'll also find the hot tub and kiddie pool. Most people staying at the complex think this is is - but there's a second HEATED pool on site, just slightly hidden. Go up past the tennis courts, down along the sidewalks along the condos (back towards the main road), and then you'll find the pool back where the main complex entrance is. It's WONDERFUL and most often deserted because most people don't know it's there. Our only complaint is that the 2nd floor master bathroom needs some work. It's the only bathroom that hasn't been updated, and it smells musty and moldy. We actually stopped using the closet up there because the smell was so bad. If someone can see to deodorizing that area, the place would be perfect! Even better than the pictures!
