Located in Carolina Beach this newly renovated, spotless, Winds V1 condo is located on Carolina Beach Ave N, JUST A FEW BLOCKS FROM THE BOARDWALK, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING. The living room and deck offer expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom patio offers beautiful sunset views over the canal. The property offers a COMMUNITY POOL, BEACH ACCESS and COVERED PARKING (2 car limit). Cable TV and WI-FI internet access are included. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, TV and adjoining bath. The second bedroom offers 2 full sized beds and TV. The living room offers a full sized sleeper sofa. Leave the dirty laundry to us. BED LINENS AND TOWELS/WASHCLOTHS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. You will only need to bring beach towels. The kitchen is well appointed with all of the cooking items you will need. We also have a washer and dryer. This property is STRICTLY **NON-SMOKING indoors or out. ** We are implementing extra cleaning and disinfecting practices between stays. Sweet Getaway Suite

We had an absolute blast in the area! We were in town with 15 family members and this was the perfect retreat for us at the end of the night. The beach was so close and was amazing to listen to at night. The place was clean with just the right amenities. We will be back for sure! Cindy was also responsive with the few questions I had.

Very fun experience with the kids!! Beach stayed sunny and the night walks were absolutely exciting!! Boardwalk is only a few minutes of a walk away and the restaurant selection is great!! I love that there's an urgent care across the street from the Food Lion down the road. Definitely will be booking here again!!

Lovely Oasis Right on the Beach

This was a great property and fantastic location. We were literally one minute from the very nice beach (complete with lifeguards). The place was super clean and charming. Comfy beds, nice kitchen - everything we needed. Really liked the deck overlooking the ocean. The host was super responsive and could not have been more helpful. We could walk to the boardwalk and restaurants, etc. or take a very short drive to many more. Highly, highly recommended!

Relaxing weekend

My adult children and I had a wonderful stay at Salty Toons condo. There’s no better way to spend Mother’s Day weekend, in my opinion! The condo is perfectly decorated and appointed with everything you need. The ocean view is beautiful and relaxing! It’s a true Gem, you won’t be disappointed!

Great condo at the beach with a beautiful ocean view

We had a great time staying in the condo. The ocean view from the balcony is amazing. Very nice way to take your meals while enjoying the ocean. The condo is very well located with direct access to the beach and at walking distance of the boardwalk and the bars and restaurants. It is very functional and we had a lovely weekend. We look forward to an opportunity to come back longer.

The property was clean and contained everything you needed. I would have liked more than one bath towel for our 5 day stay. I liked that we only had a very short walk to the beach. The pool was clean. The parking garage was okay but the way out was very narrow and hard to manage.

The perfect place to stay in Carolina beach

Salty Toons is a great spot. You’re right in the beach. the property has a pool and you’re close to a lot of restaurants and the boardwalk with fun rides. Great for kids. Plenty to do. I enjoy having a kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony overlooking the water. The downside…it’s a lot of stairs to get up there to the 3rd floor, so if you’re mobility is an issue, it’s a hike. Parking was tricky too you’ll need to be available if you block someone in as they’ll need to call you to move. I’d also suggest to the hosts they make a Tv channel guide, figuring out what was available was a pain. Maybe also add a few more bath towels and hand towels to the inventory. Other than that. Great place and I would bring the family to stay there again.

Beautiful home in the heart of Carolina Beach!

We had a wonderful experience on Memorial Day weekend. Me and my wife (+3 kids under 10 years old) booked a semi-last minute trip and were fortunate enough to find this home on the front row just a few blocks away from all of the Carolina Beach action. Cindy was amazing at communicating and the home was clean, fresh and all updated - much different than other private rentals we've stayed in at the beach. The pool was warm already (huge bonus for the kids) and the access to the beach is perfect. We could leave towels at the beach and walk back in to get lunch. The best thing about it is probably the private balcony since it is the corner top unit. We loved eating out there and having a cup of coffee there in the morning. It was also great to be able to walk to restaurants, the arcade (new and very nice) and of course Britt's donuts. We accidentally left some items there and Cindy graciously offered to ship them to us. The home has two bedrooms but with 3 kids we had plenty of space. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great getaway in CB. Thank you Cindy for the hospitality and service! We can't wait to come back! - Julius & Carey

Sweet spot!

This sweet little condo was so cute, clean and tidy, and very well appointed for our needs of a low-key relaxing trip. The full sunny deck with ocean view was glorious, then a little bonus back deck to soak in the late sun before it goes down. LOVE it. Will remember this one for future beach trips. Beautiful Ocean View

Such a wonderful and quaint place right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view. Everything was exactly how it was portrayed online. Cozy condo with an awesome ocean view. Rooms and amenities were fabulous. The only tricky part is parking but even that isn’t a problem with good communication with the other guests staying at the complex. Highly recommend for a great getaway beach week.

We live in Carolina Beach and truly love it as well as the surrounding area and everything it has to offer. For several years it has been a goal of ours to invest in a property so that we can share this little piece of paradise with others. We looked at many different property options before deciding on this one.

What makes this property unique

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the boardwalk, shops and dining. The views are second to none. Wake up each day to the sunrise over the ocean from the front balcony and watch the sunset in the evening from the back balcony. This unit has many recent updates compared to others in the area.
