Belles vacances

Appartement superbement situé, face à la mer, en bord de plage et à l'embouchure du canal, vue imprenable, tous commerces à proximité et marché trois fois par semaine à deux pas, place de la République, qui le soir sert de terrasse à plusieurs restaurants forts sympathiques. Attention particulière de la propriétaire et de la gérante qui nous accueille. L'appartement était très propre et très bien organisé, on se sent comme à la maison.

Tres bel emplacement ! Une vue mer et canal avec les chalutiers qui partent, magnifique avec un soleil couchant a tomber ! L appart est tres bien situé. Proche de tout Et toujours de l.ambiance . Il est en train d etre remis au gout du jour petit à petit et c est tres appréciable: le canape etait neuf, tres confortable, les literies egalement ainsi que frigo . Il y a tout ce qu il faut pour se sentir a l aise . La.dame qui accueille est tres joviale . Nous sommes tombes une mauvaise semaine la canicule donc il.faisait tres chaud dans l appart . Et le parking est un peu loin si vous avez un souci pour marcher le prendre en compte .ceci n est pas grave pour la suite car vous pouvez tout faire sans voiture . Proprio tres sympathique et bonne comunication Merci pour tout

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’appartement est fonctionnel et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison . À proximité de tout commerce ,tout se fait à pied , ce qui est très appréciable . La location idéale pour combiner mer et ville

A l'issue de notre second séjour dans cet appartement nous ne pouvons que confirmer notre précédente évaluation de l'été dernier : cet appartement est idéalement situé à la fois en plein centre près de toutes les commodités et en bord de plage avec vue magnifique sur la mer grâce au grand balcon . L appartement est spacieux, chaleureux et doté de tous les équipements et accessoires nécessaires à un séjour familial, entre amis ou en couple. Enfin nos interlocuteurs ont à cœur de répondre à nos demandes et sont tout à fait disponibles à nos sollicitations. Je recommande vivement la découverte de cet hébergement !

A privilégier pour un séjour au top sur le Grau du Roi

L'appartement proposé a totalement répondu à nos attentes ; grand, spacieux, convivial avec tous les équipements nécessaires , on s'y sent parfaitement à son aise. Sa situation en front de mer au centre de la ville est un véritable atout pour un séjour de qualité , enfin tous nos interlocuteurs (propriétaires, interlocutrice sur site) ont été charmants et totalement disponibles à toute demande ou besoin particulier. Je recommande la découverte de cet hébergement que l'on soit en famille avec des enfants petits ou grands, entre amis ou simplement à deux !

Top Lage und sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer

Der Balkon mit der Aussicht ist der Hit. Es ist immer was los auf dem Platz und auch die Hafenausfahrt sorgt für Abwechslung und Unterhaltung. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ausser der Grill der fehlte uns. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und schon länger im gebrauch aber erfüllt ihren Zweck noch. Das einzige was man an der Wohnung aussetzen kann ist der Lärm von der Bar im EG. Neu hat es auch einen eigenen WIFI Router in der Wohnung der einem die teuren Roaming Pakete erspart. Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite mal in der Wohnung und würden sie wieder buchen.
