You'll be 75 feet from the shores of Moosehead Lake with nothing more than a sloping hill and a staircase between you and the pebble beach. Both summer and winter guests will enjoy activities at the lake like swimming, boating, snowmobiling, and ice fishing. ATVers will love having a trailhead only one mile away.

This remodeled home is tastefully appointed and features hardwood and tile floors, radiant heat, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a wood fireplace. The living room and finished basement are great for entertaining, and you'll enjoy amenities like cable, free WiFi, Blu-ray/DVD players, and a stereo with smart speakers. Cook in the kitchen, which has high-end finishes, or on the gas grill, then relax by the firepit. This home offers two additional twin-size cots in addition to the beds listed.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Dock details: The water depth at the end of the dock is average - about 8 feet in July and August. It's higher in the spring, but we have not seen it less than 7 feet in the summer. It definitely gets quite a bit lower late September / early October. The rock piles are marked out pretty well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Lakefront Home

This home is beautiful and full access to the lake from the backyard. My husband fished off the of the convenient dock, but sadly didn't catch anything. We wanted to rent a boat, but the weather did not cooperate. 2 Amazing restaurants on the lake---the tasting at Slate (Moosehead Lodge) and 368 Main was incredible. We will be back some day God willing!

Weekend stay in Beautiful house.

House was gorgeous, loved the Maine and Moosehead touches in the decor as well. Great location near town but right on water. Loved the fireplace and fire pit and the deck. Beautiful kitchen and baths. Very clean. They have thought of everything and we loved it!

Repeat Offenders

We love the privacy of this home and the proximity to town, truly a great combination! The view is great, and we can enjoy the lake just a short walk down the steps. A great feature is the ability to tie up our boat to the dock - many properties we searched in the area that are lakefront do not have a dock or mooring for a boat. We have stayed at this home for many years and always have a wonderful time. We will definitely repeat!

Amazing surprise birthday party weekend!

I rented this home for a surprise 40th birthday party for my husband, and what a fabulous weekend it was!!! The house was even more gorgeous than in the pictures!!! It was immaculate! I loved the small touches of moose stickers on the toilet paper! The radiant floors were so nice in the cold mornings! The fire pit outside was also lovely to sit by, and soak in the warmth! The sunset from the expansive deck and from the floor to ceiling windows, was breathtaking from the master bedroom! We visited Lily Bay State Park and the surrounding area, and were delighted to see moose, deer, and a bald eagle!!!! This house is a must for a lake side rental home, and would continue to come back to this house! To the owners, your home is stunning!!!!

Perfect place

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house is very comfortable with everything you could need. Beds were very comfy with nice linens. Location was perfect, just feet from the water and easy to get into Greenville. The deck was one of the highlights of our trip. We booked the house for the end of our 10 trip and it was a perfect place to unwind. Check in was simple. House is exactly as the pictures indicated. Nicely decorated. Furniture is clean and comfy. We all decided we could stay there for months! If we get back to Greenville we will most definitely rent this house again. Thank you for a perfect end to a great trip.

Relaxing!!!

If you need a place like home, but away from home, this is a perfect place for you! So relaxing, peaceful and everything you need for your stay. My family and I, which was a party of 6 sometimes 8, stayed here for 3 nights. There was plenty of room for all of us. Spacious family room on main floor and another one on the bottom floor. Close to town with a beautiful view of the lake. You will NOT be disappointed! Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Lakeside near Town

Lakeside Chalet was perfect for our stay. Location was close to Town and we brought our side by side so we were close to the trails and you can ride into town. We really enjoyed our stay.
