Bright chalet-style villa in the countryside with no close neighbours, not overlooked. Very beautiful dominant view, very well equipped house, comfortable, in case of a hot weather we have air-conditioning. Perfect for a relaxed, peaceful vacation. Large terrace of 80m2 with table for 10 people, barbecue. Large garden with trampoline, swing, children's cabin, above ground swimming pool with sliding ladder for the safety of children, hammock for shaded naps, and a pretty lake with its beach and large play area within 3 kilometers.
Three bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed and cot with a shower room, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds including a trundle bed (possibility of a third bed). 1 independent bathroom and two toilets (on each level). Beautiful, hyper-equipped kitchen with balcony, magnificent view! We provide you with deckchairs.
Our house is kept very clean, the mattresses are recent and are protected with mattress cover, changed after each departure.
Several gourmet markets (at the end of the day) are organised in Molières and in the neighbouring villages, in Montpezat, Castelnau-Montratier, Mirabel etc. where you can eat and buy fresh local produce.
