Fall beauty 2024 at Granby Ranch has arrived and ski season is right around the corner! Enjoy Music on the Patio on Sundays, Concerts on the Mountain on Wednesdays and Prime Rib Night at the Bluebird Bistro on Thursdays!

***New at Granby Ranch in 2024! Join us as we kick off the holiday season with a weekend full of delicious dining options, discounted holiday shopping, and, if Mother Nature allows, skiing and snowboarding on our slopes.
We’ll be offering a full Thanksgiving menu with all the trimmings, expertly crafted by our culinary team. Reservations are required to ensure your spot at this festive celebration.
For those who can’t miss their Thanksgiving football traditions, head up to the 8350 Lounge to catch all the games with drinks and light snacks.***

Enjoy year-round activities at Granby Ranch and nearby communities, forest and park, Grand Lake, Devils Thumb, Rocky Mountain National Park, etc. while staying at this three bedroom, three bathroom condominium. Watch your family and friends ski down the mountain in the winter and bike or hike the mountain in the summer while relaxing on the deck. Our deck is also a nice place to take in the wedding party going to and from the ceremony at the top of one of Granby Ranch peaks. Listen to live music from deck or on picnic blanket on the mountainside. Play a round of golf on our golf course or fly fish in the Fraser River and then relax on the Bluebird Bistro patio with cool refreshments and excellent food. The pool and hot tub are open to guests for $10 daily pass. There are a few nearby additional pool/soaking options including Fraser Valley Recreation Center (indoor), Inn at SliverCreek, Hot Sulphur Springs Spa and Snow Mountain Ranch.

Summer and Fall 2024: Granby Ranch summer and early fall mountain operations are open! The Quick Draw Express ($15 per person) and resort services, including bike rentals and retail, operate Thursday to Sunday (and holiday Mondays) from 9:30am to 6pm throughout the season. The Bluebird Bistro (steps from Base Camp One Condominium Building) is open Wednesday thru Sunday/times vary. Call 888 850-4615 for more and most up to date information.

Great wedding weekend
We had a very relaxed stay in Granby Ranch. Beth made sure we were comfortable from the start and answered questions in a timely manner. Condo was well stocked and we felt at home. Weather was hot during the day but comfortable at night. We were amazed at how peacefully quiet the atmosphere was! Restaurant food was delicious and staff very accomodating!

Wonderful family trip!
We traveled to Granby Ranch for my nieces wedding. Beth’s condo was absolutely perfect! We had everything we could have wanted for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. My grandchildren had plenty of toys to play. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!!

First Family Ski Trip
Our family enjoyed our stay at Beth & Jeff's lovely condo! It was clean, comfortable, and inviting! Our kids had a great time on their first ski trip. We loved being able to walk to the ski rentals and lift. We also appreciated being able to easily walk back to the condo for lunch and rest. We can't wait to go back!

This property is nice with great views. I do wish the kitchen was stocked a little more with serving utensils. We enjoyed the large kitchen table for eating and games. They had anything you would need for your stay. We would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Wonderful Ski Trip
We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was so much fun to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity at the base, especially the terrain park competition. There is a view of the runs from every room. The condo was clean, welcoming, and very spacious. It was extremely well stocked, and all the little things were thought of. We loved the convenience of the garage parking and ski locker. We agreed that this is one of our favorite Granby Ranch rentals.

Base Camp One Has Our Hearts
We love staying at Base Camp One for our family ski trips because it is so convenient for everyone to come in and out and for whoever is not skiing to still enjoy the view and watch everyone from the balcony. This year we brought Mimi and Papa along and needed a bigger space and this listing did the trick. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and had the perfect view to watch the kids coming down the slopes and getting on the lifts. Beds were comfortable, everything we needed was there. Look forward to staying here again next year, because Mimi and Papa want to come again! Thank you for sharing your space with us!!

Another 5 stars weekend
This our second stay in this unit and it was just as good as the first. It has an excellent view of the slopes and is an easy walk to the lifts and lodge area. The unit is one of the best stocked units we have stayed in with new appliances, lots of cookware and other supplies. Owners are easy to communicate with and are a pleasure to deal with. We give it another 5 stars plus rating! We will definitely be back for another stay next year.

If you’re looking at this property, look no further. The location is perfect ski in/ski out. Incredibly spacious! The owners were beyond communicative and so kind. Very well-stocked and easily felt like home. Underground heated parking: bonus! New spacious communal hot tub and pool is fantastic. Book this property immediately!

We were at Granby for our son's wedding and the location could not have been better. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Lots of room for hanging out. The host is very responsive as well. Definitely will stay here again!

We were in Grandby for a wedding. The proximity to the lodge and chairlift were prefect. We appreciate our hosts having all the small amenities. We had limited time and did not need to worry about anything as the condo had everything from coffee to shampoo. We were comfortable immediately.

This unit was very family friendly and had everything we needed for our kids ages 3-11! We loved being just right outside the ski lift and being able to watch from the balcony. There was so much room and more than enough space to sleep our group. The unit was very clean and check-in was so simple!

Perfect mountain condo!
We absolutely loved this condo. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and perfect for our group of 6. We really appreciated how fully stocked the condo was with kid-friendly kitchen ware, snacks, toys, sleds and more. The location couldn’t have been better as it was only steps from the chair lifts, ski school and heated outdoor pool. We hope to be back soon!

PERFECTION at Granby Ranch!
My family, including grandchildren aged infant to 12 years old, had another AMAZING ski vacation at Granby Ranch. The property was welcoming, clean, comfortable, & FILLED with unexpected amenities, making us feel at home in every way. Base Camp One is perfect for skiers, both young & old. In a matter of minutes, you can get your skis from the lockers right off the elevator, literally walk a few steps out the back door & be on the lift! As a grandmother, I was able to sit in the living room or on the balcony with our infant & watch my other skiers get on the lift & then ski right in front of me a few minutes later! Our host, Beth, could not have been any more accommodating! We arrived a little earlier than check-in & she was nice enough to allow us to put some things in the condo & let my daughter-in-law access the bedroom before regular check-in to nurse the baby! Beth went out of her way & her kindness meant so much at that moment & throughout the week. We made some lifelong memories at Granby Ranch & look forward to returning every ski season for as long as we can!

Amazing Weekend Stay
This was the most well stocked and cleanest property we have ever stayed at in Granby Ranch! I hate to say how good it was because we want to make sure we can book it again and again. Went with my spouse, kids and granddaughter. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. To be able to watch our granddaughter ski all the slopes from the balcony was amazing. Thank you for a perfect weekend at Base Camp.

Perfect in every way!
You really can't beat this place! It was perfect. HIgh ceilings, lots of light, huge windows that overlook the ski mountain and lifts. Walk out the back door and you're at the main lift! The condo was fully stocked, which was so nice because I forgot things like salt and pepper! Bedrooms layout and beds are perfect for a big family. The owners were so nice and thoughtful. I will definitely try renting again next winter. A+++ :)

Our family purchased this condo (our third at Base Camp) after coming to, what is now, Granby Ranch for 23 years. It is our pleasure and privilege to share this great condo at this small, family oriented ski, hiking and biking mountain community.

Why they chose this property

We chose Granby Ranch area as it is, by far, our favorite destination out of all the ski areas/resorts within two hours of our home in Denver area. We chose Base Camp One because of its proximity to the mountain and lodge in addition to its amenities. And finally, we chose this particular unit because of its location in the building and orientation to the mountain. This corner unit is on the fourth/top floor and has three beautiful views of the ski mountain, lifts, biking/hiking trails and lodge.

What makes this property unique

Granby Ranch is a warm and welcoming biking, hiking and ski mountain community. It is an enjoyable place to spend time together, year-round.
