We are 5 minutes from Laguna Canyon Wilderness park with miles of hiking and biking trails. There is garage parking for a small to mid-size car. Our spot has a clean modern feel and is decorated with art photography from the owner. There is a BBQ, a full kitchen complete with everything you need, and full laundry facilities. Our place is a quiet haven wonderful to start and end all your adventures from.

We live in Vancouver, BC and have our lovely California condo to use when the days go grey. We enjoy all that Laguna Beach has to offer including surfing, hiking and great food.
What makes this property unique
Our place is close to all amenities and close to major freeways without feeling in the city. We love to hike so all the local trails are a plus. Shopping and dining are all within minutes. The complex is quiet and the community is very welcoming.
