Great condo in Historic Building!

Condo in downtown Lincoln, walking distance to all the things: Memorial stadium, Haymarket, etc.In an old Bank, Condos have great living spaces and high ceilings. Responsive owner, easy to get a hold of.

Great NYE stay.

Stayed here for New Year's Eve so we didn't have to drive. Easy walk to the Green Gateau and the Bourbon Theater. Comfortable bed and great K cups for revival in the morning.

We went to a Huskers volleyball game and walked to Haymarket area for dinner. Host very quick to communicate when needed.

Cool Downtown Lincoln Spot

Lincoln Marathon

We were in town for the Lincoln Marathon. The start and finish were within walking distance. The condo was well stocked and quiet. It was a great stay!

Downtown gem

Although the building itself is older, the unit is awesome! It is well furnished, has a LOT of space, the bed is SO comfortable (the pillows are perfect), and everything that one would need to stay a week or a month is right there. I really enjoyed the space and host is terrific, resolving an issue with the door lock almost instantly. Loved it!

Great Host

The host was very kind and gracious and went out of his way to help a very frazzled guest who does not do well with directions and one way streets. Very much appreciated his kindness and help!! The condo was nice and clean.

Very nice property, even better location!

I wish I had found this property sooner! We stayed here for my son’s graduation from UNL. It’s obviously an older building but the condo was updated and VERY clean. We were only able to stay one night because it was booked the other nights we needed but I’m so glad we got one night. You can’t beat the location! The property owner was great to work with, answered several questions very quickly…just really great to work with!! My son lives in this building and I have a feeling he will be staying at this property in the future, when he goes back to visit Lincoln. And if we ever go back to Lincoln, we will definitely book here!

Would not stay here again!!

The location was good, but if you plan to cook in the property, choose a different location. There wasn’t even a bowl other than 3 cereal bowls. There were no utensils other than a few forks and spoons and a spatula. The creamer was dated good till 2019 - which I didn’t see until it was too late. Unable to lock the door when we left - we were told that ‘maybe the batteries are low’ but never fixed it!! An iron, but no ironing board - after I specifically asked about an iron. Don’t sit on the kitchen stools as they were rickety - actually scary. And if you enjoy sleeping in a taco - this place is for you! No hangers...I could go on and on!!
