Belle terrasse et vue mais appartement trés petit et vrai problème de parking souterrain
La vue de la terrasse est superbe. le confort de l'appartement est un peu juste: le canapé est vraiment raide, manger à l'intérieur est un peu compliqué avec la table et les tabourets pas conforts dutout. l'appartement n'est vraiment pas pour 5 personnes! en revanche si il fait très chaud la vie sur la terrasse est sympa.Le parking en sous sol est vraiment inacessible: en 4x4 nous avons eu du mal à remonter. pour les vélos, le pied d'escalier dans les parties communes est trés bien.le rapport qualité/prix est correct.Cathy est super sympa et ultra réactive.

Sehr schöne Lage mit wundervollem Ausblick auf das meer
Wor haben uns sehr wohl geführt. Sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort. Traumhafter Blick vom geräumigen Balkon auf das Meer. Nur kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Keine Touristenbunker. Viele Spanier vor Ort. Traumhaftes Wetter... Allles perfekt

Dès que nous arrivons tout d abord la vue est à couper le souffle! Et que dire de l accueil de Cathy… un amour, plein d humour et de bons conseils. La ville est très agreable calme et dynamique à la fois. Les activités à proximité foisonnent. On oublie le parking en sous sol mais le stationnement est aisé et sécurisant dans tout le quartier et d ailleurs toute la ville. Un bijou de location

Geweldig klein appartement
Het appartement is klein en zeer fijn met een heel groot terras met zee en haven zicht Fantastisch! Cathy heeft ons perfect ontvangen. Het appartement heeft een grote luifel tegen de zoon, een airco/ cq verwarming systeem, inloop douche en alles is er. Alleen de bank was te laag voor ons.

Appartement idéalement situé à proximité des commerces du centre ville et de la plage. Une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de St Carlès. Résidence calme et propre. La clim, la piscine tout était réunis pour passer de supers vacances. Merci aux propriétaires ainsi qu'à Cathy pour leur gentillesse. Seul bémol le parking très difficile pour en sortir. Nous reviendrons Corinne (août 2023)

Appartement petit mais très bien équipé, la terrasse est magnifique, le seul et gros soucis c 'est le parking en sous sol, nous sommes descendus une seule fois et remontés avec d'énormes difficultés et appréhensions, avec un S.U.V. il est impossible de remonter tellement la pente est raide et le virage difficile à négocier. L'environnement est agréable et l accueil avec Cathy fut très sympathique avec une personne très à l 'écoute

Nous avons occupé cet appartement là dernière semaine de décembre. C'était très calme et très reposant. Le logement est très agréable et très bien équipé. Nous gardons l'adresse et la conseillerons à notre entourage.

El apartamento está muy bien, tal como aparece en las fotos. La habitación pequeña no tiene ventana, es un poco claustrofóbica..... pero mi niña de 2 años durmió genial. La terraza es genial, tiene unas vistas maravillosas. La cocina está muy bien equipada. La verdad que un 10 en general. Pegas, te piden 250 eu de fianza, que yo no lo sabía y me quedé un poco sorprendida (se ve que no lo leí en el anuncio). La entrada del garaje es un poco mala. En cuesta y con curva pero se puede entrar y salir perfectamente. Mi marido no tuvo ningún problema, si lo hubiese metido yo seguramente para salir la habría liado ... Apartamento muy recomendable, si volvemos a sant Carles seguramente repitamos. Si es la primera vez que vais al pueblo no os olvidéis de comprar antimosquitos!!!!!
